Transplanted a bit early but seedlings seem to have recovered. Currently have lamp set at 50%, thinking I will bump up to 75% and start LST next week once there are a few more leaves. Currently watering about 1qt per pot every other day, thinking I need to increase slightly.

Still watering 1 qt every 3 days or so as I see soil going dry. Start nutes this week at 1/3 the recommended fox farm dosage.

2 plants looking super healthy, 2 with some light discoloration on leaves but good growth rates since starting nutes. Started LST, lights still set to 75%. Likely bumping up water volume this week to 2 qts per feeding, potentially bump light up to 100 at end of week.

So midway through week 4 I was possessed with the do too much bug. Decided to collect data and try and maximize by FIM'ing the 2 healthiest, topping 1, and keep 1 just LST. Starting to get the hang of LST, but have had a few accidental defoliation spots. Trying to prop one budding branch I killed as a clone so we'll see on that one. This week is looking like my transition into flowering stage. Have a fresh bag of foxfarms ocean soil and some cal mag otw. Going to top up grow bags soil level (they started underfull and have compressed a bit) heading into flower and only do water plus calmag on the next feeding.

Started TigerBloom and CalMag on last feeding. Decided to go for the ScrOG, probably not going to try and squeeze four plants in this tent next time 😜. Did defoliation, primarily on lower sections of plant as well as unhealthy looking leaves. The plants that got HST definitely got very bushy.

Focusing on filling out Scrog this week. Did a good deal of defoliation yesterday to try and eliminate overlapping foliage as well as get light to lower sites. Discovered I haven't been shaking nutes up enough before using so actual nutes amounts before this week are 🤷. Giving the girls a day or two to recover but will likely defoliate a little more at next feeding.

Scared to do too much, but want to maximize small tent grow. How much more should I be defoliating over the next week or two?

looks like you took some off top to increase light below.. and still have a full canopy... be systematic that way you don't take too much off of one stalk etc etc... less is more... leaves power growth. leaves near top receive more energy than leaves below in a quickly decreasing way (inverse square law applies to distance increments) do it for airflow or concern of microbial growth... if a leaf is utterly useless, the plant will shed some of those on its own too. This isn't something that will greatly impact yield.. if anything removing leaves will have a negative impact albeit very small per any 1 leaf. Keep it clean and low risk of microbes as avoiding that elevated risk of thick foliage is worth it in my opinion. Don't do it because you think it improves yield though... at least not directly.. avoiding problems increases average yield over time by eliminating waste (something you may have to throw out at end occasionally).

Busy personal week so lots of free growth. Actually getting nutes in made it explode. Looking like it's gonna have to be a gradual harvest as plants are maturing on quite different schedules

Still only feeding about twice a week. Increased from 64 oz to 80 oz and that properly soaked everything through. Back right plant (red) seems to be a good week ahead of all the others with pretty big lag on back left (yellow). pH was running a little high so balanced nutes to bring that back down. Lots of defoliation this week to expose bud spots and keep air/light flowing.

Added a second 100w LED. Everything looking healthy since catching up on nutes. Back right (red) is starting to get frosty, definitely approaching harvest with that guy. Front right (white) will be next and front left (blue) seems to be finishing it's stretch. Really hoping once I pull and chop red plant early, ol yellow In the back left will erupt with it's new found space. I definitely failed Scrogging, just too many branches and bud sites for me to keep up with. Defoliated like crazy after a feeding this week.

Despite the scrog failing, I was able to train some branches to the outer band. Have a lens coming in tomorrow for trich inspection. Currently most mature plant (red) is looking to have some cloudy for sure. Red probably got her last heavy nutes this week. Cut grow big for white. Will do a semi flush with pH'd water with light cal mag and big bloom on next feeding followed by a final full flush. Ripening seems to be staggered 5-7 days plant to plant red -> white -> blue -> yellow Depending on how things look on the lower buds.I am definitely considering a gradual (ripe bud) harvest approach.

Day 84 Starting to see some amber triches on the ripest spears of Red so the first round of chop should be a few days after Danksgiving weekend. Gotta get ready. Started flush on red, will likely stop hot nutes on white over next week. Blue exploded some great bud sites. Working on lollipopping yellow now that it bounced back

Welp I overdid some things the past couple weeks. Bumping up the light schedule to 20 hours so soon after adding the second lamp definitely caused some lightburn. At the same time I over watered before going out of town and came back to fungus gnats yuck. Only really signs of root rot on ok be plant. Changed lights back to 18-6. Went a whole week before feeding any again, until bottoms felt dry. Last nutes for white (hard flush w/ peroxide next feeding), normal nutes for blue and yellow (last with grow big). Topped and mended in an inch of perlite and sprayed Neem oil around fabric pots, top of soil, and plant base as well as hanging fly traps. Seems to be coming under control. Harvested 4 small spears off of red and began drying testing potential setup. Will do another partial harvest on red and potentially a spear or two off of white as well this week.

Goodish news. What I thought was fungus I now believe to be a combination of light damage/lockout/overwatering because it was only on upper leaves and didn't rub off. Trimmed first few dry branches and started cute with boveda. Harvested 2 more branches off red and a few small branches off of white. Flushing white this and harvesting a bigger chunk of red and white next week. Blue and yellow need more room to spread their buds so hope to make that happen soon.

Red plant needed to be chopped. Buds weren't getting much fatter (didn't get second lamp till later in flower) and her neighbors need the space because they are BUSTIN. did lots of defoliating and spread everything out as best we could. Red is chopped, white probably has a week, blue and yellow may ride 2 weeks or more 😬 Have about an O already curing from two initial chops but this next week will be my first real trim jail 🤣

Cut half remaining branches off white, will chop rest at main stem next week. Slowly spreading out branches on blue and yellow and will likely cut nutes and begin flushing in the next week or so. Already trimmed and curing over 2 ounces. Recently started smoking initial harvest and she's not too shabby. More details to come.

Trimmed 38 grams from last partial harvest. Already been smoking some of the initial harvest! And loving it. No more heavy nutes after this week for blue. soft flush on blue with big bloom and cal mag, real flush next time. Chopped some more partials (mostly tops) off white and will chop the whole rest of the plant next week. I've committed to the gradual harvest at this point so just gonna keep it up and try and max out these lower buds too.

Keeping it short as we're in long harvest mode. Chopped remaining branches of plant 2 and hung to dry. Trimmed ~13g of top buds from previous week chop. Runt plant #4 in the back there, probably just gonna make a bubble hash run with that guy, not worth the trim time 😜 Flush till the cows come home.

Just flushing and waiting now. Been misting with a spray bottle and reducing light schedule as well to help rehab crispy tips and fatten buds up. Triches are mostly cloudy on top colas but not much amber to see and some fresh pistils just popped. Targeting a full plant harvest and dry with these two ~1-2 weeks. Trimmed the last branches of 2nd plant, about 13g. Almost 5 ounces trimmed and curing so far!
