Planted seed directly to 3l pot as I want to avoid waste time transplanting. Trying for the first time this way. However seedling seems to grow normally. Trying to spray water to keep high humidity
Used a bit of LST quite soon as I want to avoid any topping or so. Also used a bit of Bio Grow. I was not expecting such a fast grow especially at the end of the 2nd week :)
This week fan leaves grew sooο huge that is funny :P I think its a typical charachteristic of RQS seeds
as I have seen this before. In a any case she grows fast and healthy !! Sometimes a bit droopy, I guess
I overdone it with watering but I dont worry about it.
I had also changed the lights schedule to 12-12, I know is quite early but I want a fast grow avoiding
toppings. I used only LST and a bit of defoliation to reveal main branches in the center.

This week my little sensi almost doubled her size and I can almost see the first pistils !! I wasn't expecting
to get there so fast.
In the next 2 weeks I'm going to defoliate the old big fan leaves to give her more space but so far I am really
happy about my canopy :) Its really getting shape even without using any toppings !!

Buds already popped and getting bigger and bigger every day !!
Also cut some older leaves and next week I intent to finish defoliating..
I am really amazed how fast my sensi got in blooming state ! Only in 45 days and you can
see buds getting bigger and bigger ! :D
So far my goal for a fast photoperiod grow its going pretty well. I am only a bit worried
that fan leaves started to go yellow quite early... Do you think its normal?? I think I'm gonna
increase nutrients dose.
Last but not least I defoliated a few more leaves.

Buds got quite big this week :) Temperature's here getting lower but so far I think conditions are OK for my sensi.

Not a big change these last days. The main bud's leaves are getting purple !! I think its because of the cold night.
I am only a bit confused about my sensi's getting ripe. Most of pistils are still white, I was expecting to be half half
at this point.. Well... we'll see
Most of the pistils are still white, I guess is because of this strain. Also checked trichromes but they're not seem quite
milky yet... Neverthless, buds are getting their final shape I believe :)
I'm going to stop nutrients next week and start flashing... Cant wait :D
Well.. It is clearly noticeable a little foxtailing in main bud. I still dont know if this a problem or not.
In any case I lowered my plant a bit from lights.
Started watering only with plain water.

Also started to cut a couple of leaves each day. I try this for the first time I dont know if it
makes any difference but I'm trying to avoid humidity from my plant. I had a bad experience
with bud molding during curing last time... :/
Anyways, buds look really frosty and yummy, I'm waiting for the plant to dry out completely
and next week I'm going to harvest !! Cant wait !! Bless y'all :D
Does make any difference when you cut completely all leaves during the last week ?
I read somewhere that you can avoid excess nutrients taste in your buds but I'm not sure..

Whatever you do, please don't defoliate for the sake of your plant.
It needs every leaf it has to be healthy and have a correctly functioning metabolism.
Removing the leaves is more likely to make your buds swell with excess nutrients, not decrease their content.
Concentrate on doing a proper flush and nutrient after taste will not be a problem.
The theory about removing leaves to clean the buds is some seriously flawed corn flake packet "science", it is just not possible.
So this is it !! Finally last week :)
As you can see I did a lot of trimming before harvest, first time trying this,
I hope it didnt affect my buds' taste, they look so beautiful!
Now my little sensi is completely dry and I'm going to harvest next days !!

I am always satisfied by RQS seeds, never had any problem during grow and getting great results :)
This is the first time I tried Haze Berry, grow went as smooth as possible and I got really surprised
by the end where leaves got a purple hue :)
After 2 weeks of drying and curing (got a little rushy there because of harsh conditions...) where tried a spliff,
I have to say I really enjoyed it. Taste is quite fruity and the effect is more of uplifting cerebral effect. Not to mentioned
it hit me hard !! :D

After a long time and my first successfull first diary I come back
to support this great community and share my knowledge and experience
growing our favourite plant :)
All this time I had a few grows, every time trying something different.
Experimenting with seeds from various brands (especially the ones that I won from 420buds :) ), changing between auto and
photoperiod, trying different LST techniques or even care more or less about
growing conditions :P
I remind you, as you can see from my previous diaries
that I use my own DIY LED lights and have a cartonbox as my plants' home :P
Right now I am almsot ready to move to my new setup as I rebuilt my custom grow
system in a compact pcb board (currently in prototype mode) in order to get rid
of all these cables, microcontrollers, relays and various components I use. More info coming
in my next diary so stay tuned :)
Regarding this grow, I used RQS - Haze berry feminized seed for the first time. As was expected
I am absolutely satisfied by the results, never had any problem with RQS seeds, I always get frosty
big buds with tremendous flavours :) So once again my little sensi grew normally, never showed any problem.
To conclude, I am once again very satisfied my with DIY setup as the efficiency of it is getting better and better combining
all the experience I get from every grow. I hope my review will inspire or help any person doing something
similar. Please do not hesitate to ask me for any more info I can provide.

I do suggest you putting something white, instead the tin foil. White reflect 90% the same as high grade mylar, and it's really cheap.
The 300 microns white/black sheet. Some call panda, but you may find with another name.
@Psilocubensis Thanks for the advise! I was intending to change this cheap tin foil with proper material but I always postpone it.

Looking Very nice, 14 weeks seams a long time mate in my opinion. Definitely faster strains out there for the same if not more yield. You did really well with a 50w light tbf.
@Drgreen13, I agree that 14 weeks is a long period, this time I got late to flush. As you can see buds are quite foxtailing the last couple of weeks.. Thank you for recognize my humble attempt though :) I want to maximize it to 25g/plant using a bigger pot size but I need a proper carbon filter first.. Untill the next one, happy grows and enjoy your buds !Bless mate !
