Thanks for the answers. This is my first time trying scrog and I don’t have a very good light. I need to buy a new light but can’t pick one out.

Hi there Thaoneandonly, yeah you're totally fine with tucking branches well into flower, it doesnt cause any stress , so you're good to keep doing what you're doing, you're doing well! Hope this helps ! 🚀

The first 2 weeks of bud cycle I'll still tuck (not weave) my branches under the net. Do not weave or you will be struggling removing.

Is it ok to defoliate during pre flower stretch or should I wait? Just started showing signs of sex.

sorry i have to disagree with folks on this one. Defoliation during flowering is never recommended by any professionals. Exposing bud sites to light promotes lateral growth, but only during veg. for us growers, pllucking a few leafs seems totally fine, but for the plant it is actually a HST isnt it? so the best is to have flowering with no stress at all. Will the plant die? no. will defoliation improve outcomes ? also , no. keep up with the LST, that's the best thing for the plant. Hope this helps ! 🚀

I’ve read some people found that if they flowered too long this strain started producing bananas. This plant is like week 6-7 of flowering and it’s still producing a lot of hairs. Do these buds look ok still? I’m waiting for my keepers loupe to get delivered.

Hahahha lol, the flush is just the last week of your flowering period, something between 7 and 14 days before you are harvesting, for example your plant is more indica with a flowering period of around 8 weeks, this means that at week 7 you stop giving nutrients and only water with clean water, i do it normally with a bit more water than i use to give them just to be sure they drain all the remaining nutrients in the soil to have a better smoke, better taste, enjoy your grow, and if you think that my answer helped you please tag it as solution 😁 happy growing 🌱

I’ve been giving her nothing but water for the last 2 weeks. Still doesn’t seem to be pulling nutes from fan leaves. Should I still let it go longer?

Hey thanks bro. I was gonna let it go a couple more days but I just found what looks like bananas forming at one of the nodes. The trichomes are mostly milky at the moment.

Not every plant is going to fade, even if it's nice to see in a soil grow. I've had very nice hydro plants that were green through harvest even though I let them go nice and long at the end. If the trichomes and overall pistil/bud structure are indicating it's time to harvest that is the most important thing. My first impression is that they could go a little longer, but trichomes would tell you more than can from the photo. You may already be scouting them, but if not look for a portion of amber directly on buds, ignoring the most freshly stacked calyxes. Happy growing! 🌱👍
