I put this bean in soil on Oct 31. It's just is rolling right along. Still cannot believe a 2 day germ in soil. Moved her into her home pot on the 6th, no signs of shock, nothing but healthy growth.
This week went really well she got fed with top dress from some Dr Earth bud and bloom. Still as always no smell on this strain. It has low rider genetics, but I'm hoping for a few more inches of stretch.
Just can't say enough about this strain, growing very nice. I've been really paying attention to it with the LST and some defoliation it really seems to have a nice structure and it's ready to grow some nice buds.
My 2x4 was taken over by tomato bushes so I had to move the girl into a 2x2x4. Glad she's done growing upward, not much room left in the tent between the light and the plant itself running the xs1500 at about 90%. Hope that's not going to be to much. She's drinking about a half a gallon, a little bit more every couple days, I'll probably increase the water this week. Overall the nodal spacing nice, from my previous grow of Polar Express I know it's going to have some nice chonkee buds.
Had some heat and Rh issue kind of actually Disturbed her a little bit so I moved her back into the 2x4 and got the RH and temperature squared away and it seems to be doing a lot better now she's not drinking as much as I would hope to but I'm thinking she's going to be fine now that she's got her environment squared away
The top got a little too much light, looks like I moved the light up in time. The rest of the plant looks amazing. I'm thinking about 3 more weeks, maybe 4. Just water for now, the leaves don't show any signs of fade
Everything seems to be going really well not much of a problem.couple rust spots on some leaves but nothing consistent. The buds are stacking well, this strain is way bigger with the LST then the first time I grew it.
She's growing and being really healthy, just real happy with her. Really nice to see this compared to the last year when I grew the same strain. It's got a lot bigger this time around and the buds going to be much better I believe.
My weather has been up and down, made it a little hard to maintain the VPD to a level I was happy with. I was able to tell by how much she drank. Still healthy as can be. I see one leaf that might be fade, but otherwise she's real close to chop about 20% amber on the top bud. All the lowers are decent tight buds and have a solid "chonk" to them. In full flower the slight smell of grape and diesel fuel, really pronounced on the finger tips after handling the buds a bit. They have the kind of buds you just know are going to cure out amazing. I'm really excited for harvest. One week ...way on the outside two.
I'm going to giver another week. The top trichomes aren't screaming chop me just yet, I think that will give the lower another week of needed time to get there. So we wait....um patiently. Dropping just bud porn this week. I still cannot stress the low odor, the smells and flavor come through when you touch them, and smoke them for sure. Few weeks ago a trimmed out some larf, was able to get a bowl smoked. Nice buzz, cannot wait to get to the full on finished product. This was the first strain I ever grew and now I get to see the results of having a couple under my belt this time around.
I will call this the 2nd annual Polar Express grow. Really happy with the result of the grow over all. She did 3 days dark before I chopped her. I put her into dry whole, a little slower drying time. I'm hoping for a good solid couple oz from this harvest. The first tile I ever grew was this strain, the stress of the first grow was really unwarranted. If you are looking for a first grow strain, Polar Express from Auto Seeds should be on your list. 2.3 OZ trimmed , pretty happy over all.
Looks good. my guess is maybe a stronger flower light....
u waited good auto time, but i think they could have gotten crispier
great looking auto plant tho!
