Coming along - gonna need to get some better light set up for these as they transition to flower. Maybe I’ll just add the other 200w board in here. Growth going well tho, no complaints!

Great - calcium issues showing up on strawberry pie. Green crack new growth looks like asshole. Ugh. I we’ll see how it goes going forward.

It’s going. Got more heat in the tent this week as it’s getting colder down in the basement naturally. Growing but not where I’d like to see it after a month.. Green Crack at least got plenty of nodes and like so so size for a month in. Strawberry pie is on its 4th node. Looks a bit healthier I suppose than GC. Meh ————- Mid week update —————- Strawberry pie looking a lot better the past few days. Not showing signs of gender yet.

Oh man this thing is kicking ass! Growth went exponential this past 10 days and she’s throwing out pistils and... Oh shit pollen sacs, of course.. 🤦‍♂️ Ugh man.. I really wanted to play this out but I’m not likely gonna keep this around now.. there’s multiple sites/nodes showing male growth.. if it was just one i might be inclined to pinch it off and see what happens but not looking good since theres so many. Unimpressed. Sure, its not certain that this is genetic, but still. 💩

Meh. Only thing at this point that will show me that there is anything worthwhile with autos - is if these buds end up comparable to photos. Density has been my biggest concern with end product from autos. Other than that possibility , this isn’t changing my mind on autos. Strawberry pie looks better than green crack tho still.

Well this is looking decent at this point. Green crack not so much. I think this might actually produce some decent bud. Will it compete with photos I run? That’d be surprising. But it’s supposed to have killer terps and pretty potent. I’m excited a little bit now.. obviously the whole “fast buds” marketing thing is quite the opposite, these have been slow buds. We’re over two months in now, these will likely need another 5 weeks give or take. Sure wish I woulda known that veg time would be so long I woulda put them in nice big containers. But that’s autos for ya, some are gonna flower 3 weeks in, some apparently 6-7 weeks in.

It’s going. She’s better than green crack. I’m happy with the way it’s stacking compared to GC, and a lot of other autos I’ve run Been a while since I’ve run an auto so feeding is touch and go.. but that’s the way it goes with autos also. Terps are nice.. little fruity/sweet at this point.

Well she’s looking better than green crack which got frozen to death in my back yard a few days ago. It was full of bugs and looked like ass. Super bummed cuz I really wanted to try green crack. Terps smell 6/10 at this point. We are 80 days into this grow at this point... So there’s that But aside from the fact this will likely be a 100 day seed to harvest, it’s looking good. But at that pace what’s the point?

She’s looking good.. only had a couple autos match this frostiness. I’m happy with that.. Tiny bit of color coming in.. Autos are weird with flowering timing and what not.. another small reason I favor photos is I know exactly when I flipped to 12/12 and initiated flower, and within a week when I should be harvesting I’ll probably take a look at trichs this week. Got a new wireless microscope for xmas. Terps are nice so far.. nothing mind blowing but she’s got some ripening to do still. FYI - this is just about to day 90. I think we’re at day 87-90 because I have on the container nov 3rd but that was transplant date from rockwool and it had been sprouted a few days before that

Welllllll She went down hill FAST About the only FAST thing about this FASTbuds grow 😏 Looks like multiple things going on at the same time. I flushed/leeched the medium real well a few nights back and hit it with a good dose of calmag, a bit of bloom, and a good dose of 0-10-10 Liquid Kool Bloom. Probably be my last decent feed and I’ll just do something like 0.5-0.8 EC next feed. If there’s another one after that it’ll be 0.4-0.6 EC. I’m not a flusher in the sense of just doing water.. I taper nutes down the last 7-14 days depending on what kinda fade I’m hoping to achieve. Smells nice, it’s like an oily sticky.. Color coming in and would love to have been able to take this longer but she’s showing a lot of issues like of late I don’t think I’ll make it another 7 days honestly. I really wanted to go heavy Amber for once, cuz I usually pull with low percentages of amber trichs. So these were popped like late October. So this is at least 13 weeks, more like 14 weeks. This will be a 100 day plant! Pft! For me that’s a 40 day veg and 60 day flower I coulda done. That’s basically my Planet of the Grapes run, lol I understand this isn’t everyone’s experience, I understand a lot. I’m just saying. You won’t get much auto love from me.. but I’m impressed with the bud structure and frost given that it’s an auto. This will probably be about 20-30 grams max. Really wish the Green Crack woulda made it.. I wanted a nice upper buzz to try. Oh well I’ll quit rambling now.

Well the issues slowed dramatically once I flushed and hit with high P&K Oily resin on this one.. smells nice. Trichs haven’t been checked in probably 4 days. Now would likely be a good time to pull but I really want to let her go and get over ripe. We’re at about day 100 now.. OY! I’m curious to try the other freebies I have from FB.. but a huge factor is gonna be how it drys and cures for me. That’s been one of the biggest downfalls of autos IMO. Chopped top off about 5 days ago.. It’s ready to trim and jar now. Trimmed up top bud and did some close up shots and comparison to PotG nug.. this is an impressive auto but next to that PotG nug - that’s on a whole nother level. See how the smoke is tho.. I’m gonna let the bottoms go for some time to really ripen and amber up. Fun grow. We’re at day 105 or so now?

I’m so confused on where to put shit anymore on this harvest report. This says trip reports here but asks for smoke report later? Whatever I’m keeping it simple. Don’t like autos but got these free. 105 days from seed is more than most my photo grows. 1 Gallon pot of soilless medium with GH nutes yielded less than one oz of frosty buds and sugar leaves for an auto. Too much leaf to calyx ratio.. haven’t tried yet. Airy tho as autos all seem to be. Good stinky sweet aroma Autos are outdoor only type thing going forward. May try one in DWC.
