This is going straight forward Spliff Seeds makes it easy with such good seeds.

The Nutrients should be 2 grams a gallon at this stage. Miicrobialmass and Chitosal at 1.25 mills a liter. I will figure out this as I get using Grow Diaries on the regular basis sorry for any confusion.
