Lot going on here.
First BBxPBB tester has been chopped and it’s freaking beautiful.. killer pheno. That’s a good sign.
Three more testers flowering now about 5 weeks into flower.
Main downside of this cross is not a huge yield.. below average but absolutely frosty as hell, and gorgeous color.
Fem seed project in last few weeks, all went well. Have a separate diary of that I recommend checking out and following along if you have any interest in that process. Blueberry pheno used here is the reversed plant.
That's AWESOME! I love seeing somebody is making seeds and creating new genetics. It's a beautiful cycle and you have so many seeds to show for it! All the money you're saving instead of buying seeds - it's incredible!
I do it myself as well - I created my first strain this past summer & called it Velvet Jack. It's a cross of Purple Buddha x Jack Herer. I will follow your grows & especially your seeds/genetics. Thanks for posting!
@Ezzjaybruh, Exactly! Oh me too on & on ❤️ it.
Finally somebody I've encountered that understands - I know there are many out there somewhere.
I love picking peoples brains about it but surprisingly not very many people do it.
@cheetah844, right.. and I can’t tell you how often I see that from new growers - “why is this one so different from this one but it’s the same strain”
Even bigger issue with autos IMO cuz adding in ruderalis traits (without refining them thru several generations) is just another dimension that throws out more variables of traits on phenos.
I could go on about genetics for days lol
@Ezzjaybruh, Ok so it was from a full male sounds good yes you answered my question I thought you might have feminized. I also grow non fem plants but I haven't bread yet with a male. I am planning to though. Thanks
I’m about to do one of your POTG crosses as well as a pure indica cross. I’ll get you a link to their diary so you can see how they do! Big dark fat mottled seeds, really exciting
@LoganatorDude, that’s what’s up man I’m really excited to have a handful of ppl try these out. You picked two good ones for sure. I did pop about 20 to test germ rates and got about 80% which isn’t bad right from harvest, they only dried about 2 weeks.
