MaryJaneBoston Alright, we are good to grow in Boston Massachusettes! First up is Bomb Seeds regular feminized take on Gorilla Glue. I haven't grown this plant in over a year, so I'm ready to get growing.

MaryJaneBoston I can smell the slight cannabis aroma when I put the plant base near my face. This little lady is going to be ready for transplanting into an air-pot next week.
MaryJaneBoston I finally topped this little lady earlier last week and the growth is coming in nicely. The leaves are dark green and this Gorilla Bomb plant is starting to give off a pungent lemon-cannabis aroma. I'm planning on topping this plant a couple more times before it goes into flower.

MaryJaneBoston This plant looks healthy AF and I topped her branches again after I took her photos.
I have been noticing that the soil gets drier faster with the air pot and I caught the fan leaves drooping a bit before I feed them.
I find that the air pot that I'm using tends to run through faster if I pour more water so I'm only giving her a quarter gallon every 2-3 days.
MaryJaneBoston She is growing up so fast!
I thought about taking some clones off her, but I think I'll give it a little more and wait for her branches to strengthen.
MaryJaneBoston This plant grew incredibly after I flipped her into flower.
I had to quickly put up a trellis to make sure that her top branches weren't going to bend and break.
She drinks so fast now that I have to make sure and feed her 3 times a week.
MaryJaneBoston There are already a few things I'm aware of that I could have done differently to produce a better outcome.
It's hard to tell until it's too late, when to water this plant. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days and then again sometimes I screw up and don't feed her until the 4th day when she's drooping fan leaves.
MaryJaneBoston I'm a little worried that I've delayed the bud growth possibly due to me adding too many nutrients combinations towards the end of flowering. I'm not sure that adding Bud Candy, Nirvana and Terpinator are totally necessary for this strain's final weeks.
I'm very impressed by the density and the bud weight so far. I think she'll need another week or two in order to finally finish her off.
Gorilla Bomb is a very dominant Sativa hybrid, that never lets you down. It's the type of strain that you smoke and find yourself moments later actively entertaining yourself with uplifting creative expression. It's a powerful bomb strain and you'll want to make sure that you're ready for an extra intense high.
Growing Gorilla Bomb is really fun because with what seems like overnight, this plant can stretch inches and have you guessing on how to properly train her. The buds are insane and will be so heavy that you'll more than likely have to reinforce them to stick up.

MaryJaneBoston The flavor is a superb blend of sweet and sour chocolate, followed by the distinct fuel after-tang thanks to its diesel heritage. This taste is initially quite subtle but really builds in the mouth so the exhale has a very potent flavor.
Honestly, for the longest time I thought GG#4 was the grand ultimate strain for maximum potency for flowers. I got thoroughly excited to have the chance to grow a strain that's a cross of GG#4 and THC Bomb. I grew THC Bomb first, and the risen I extracted nearly knocked my socks off. This strain is a powerhouse and extremely flavourful as well. The taste of Gorilla Bomb is so true to Bomb Seeds genetics and it's not to be ignored.
The aroma of Gorilla Bomb explodes in your face when you open the jar. It's a powerful sour chocolate punch to the nostrils, that follows up nicely with an sweetened diesel fragrance.
I felt like I could add more and more nutrients and the flowering stage carried along, but then again I may have overdo it with the Terpinator. I really wanted to get all I could out of this plant so I pushed the limits on her feedings and I think some fan leaves paid the ultimate price.
Next time I will remember to pay attention to her lower branches and make sure I pruned them well on the bottom to allow the top colas to fatten up.
From one “Masshole” to another, I gotta say that your lady is looking really good. I myself just popped 5 Gorilla Bomb Seeds last week so I should have my journal and YouTube videos of the grow up within the next couple of days. Keep up the good work!!!
@BIGBUDZ450, I did have some thrips come into the grow environment via the Happy Frog soil that I used. They started to eat away at the fan leaves so I countered them with a few hundred ladybugs.
Some great photos in your diary. Motivated me to take some different pics of mine with the camera when the lights are off tomorrow. Hope all goes well with your grow my friend. I’m gonna grab a chair and follow.
@MaryJaneBoston, Very good to know ; growing 2 plants of this strain and indeed they stretched real quick compared to the other strains I have in the tent. I’m using terpinator aswell and going to make sure they get a good part of my fan running on them.
@MagicMikesMeds, yes it has a lot of stretch. This strain does require some potassium silicate when feeding and a consistent breeze to strengthen and sturdy its branches.
