Week 1, 21/11/2021 - 28/11/2021, same setup, Plantit Gemini, 18 lt pot for medium, 8 lt water reservoir. Light schedule 19 hours on, 5 off, watering schedule 15 mins per 6 hours (18:00 - 18:15, 00:00 - 00:15, 06:00 - 06:15, 12:00 - 12:15). The power of the TSW 2000 is reduced to 30%.
Week 2, she's about 4 times her size since last week and growing rapidly. Also there is smell, although she's too small she smells. Watering schedule not changed this will, will increase watering time next week by extra 5 mins per waterin. When 3rd week starts will increase the intensity of the lamp to 50%.
Week 3, 5/12/2021 - 12/12/2021, she'a growing rapidly, smells although she's just 3 weeks old, increased the nutrient strength a bit and watering time extra 5 mins each time.
Week 4. 12/12/2021 - 19/12/2021, massive increase since last week, won't increase the watering time this week, will wait a couple of days. Great smell although she's young, needs carbon filter for sure. Cant wait to see how she will be in flowering.
Week 5, 19/12/2021 - 26/12/2021, has doubled her height since last week and she grew a lot. Smells great but is intense although the carbon filter is on. Increased the watering time to 30 mins per time, except the one before lights turn off. In the photos she seems bit droopy but these pics were taken before night time.
Week 6, 26/12/2021 - 2/1/2022, she grew a lot since week, especially in volume. Increased the watering time and nutes as also (18:00 - 18:35, 00:00 - 00:35, 06:00 - 06:35, 12:00 - 12:15). This is her preflowering week, Saturday will clean substrate with h2o2 and on Sunday we start bloom nutrients.
Week 7, 2/1/2022 - 9/1/2022, she grew a lot since week, was her preflowering, needs more water and nutrients, she grew tall and we still have a couple weeks for her to gain more height and the smell is not from this world. The whole plant is full of bud sites. The watering schedule for this week will be 18:00 - 18:40, 00:00 - 00:40, 06:00 - 06:40, 12:00 - 12:25.
Week 8, 9/1/2022 - 16/1/2022, what can I say an astonishing plant, we r full into flowering, bud sites are glittery, and the smell is awesome. Increased the watering time (18:00 - 18:50, 00:00 - 00:50, 06:00 - 06:50, 12:00 - 12:30) and nutrient strenght. Cant wait for harvest.
Week 9, 16/1/2022 - 23/1/2022, everything is glittery as you can see by the photos, she drinks almost all of reservoir in a day, and I can't wait to see the final result. One of the best things of this strain, which I can't describe, is the smell, I have been a grower for almost 15 - 20 years, I have never smelled something like this. Any way the watering schedule for this week will be 18:00 - 19:00, 00:00 - 01:00, 06:00 - 07:00, 12:00 - 12:30.
Week 10, 23/1/2022 - 30/1/2022, its a monster plant as you can see, with an excellent bud to leaf ratio. The trimming will be much easier. Imo we are about 4 - 5 weeks away from harvest. The aroma is out of this world, the budding sites are countless and when you use your flash to take a pic the thc is glittering. Have rubbed some spliffs on the sugar leaves to do an early testing and the aroma is intriguing. Last two pics are out of the grow room, I wish it was this size during Xmas, that would be my tree :)
Week 11, 30/1/2022 - 6/2/2022, as you can see she's a glittery monster with an excellent aroma. The leaf to bud ratio is excellent, the cutting and trimming will be a piece of cake, and overall she is very resistan and robust. No changes in watering times this week, just a slight increase in the sensi bloom, which will be the last. Won't reach the 4 ml/lt as recommended by AN, this and next week will be 3 ml/lt and after that I ll start decreasing the nute strength. Hopefully I estimate that I'll harvest mid to end of February.
Week 12, 6/2/2022 - 13/2/2022, lots and lots of puffy, glittery and extra smelly buds. The plant is a monster, cant wait to see the weight when I harvest. If you check the pics where she's out of the grow room you ll see that all the back side branches snaped due to bud weight. Had to tie almost all branches so we wont have any more accidents. Fortunately the brances just snaped and are still attached to the tree.
Week 16, 13/2/2022 - 20/2/2022, what can I say, we almost finishing, forgot my microscope today to check thc, but my estimation is that I will harvest on the 27th of February or 6th of March. Next Sunday will decide for sure. The plant is a monster in terms of resistance, weight, smell, all the branches have been tied up on the main bark cause the weight of the buds is too much. I must add as also that its one of the easiest strains I have grown ever.
Thats it, checked trics and we are where we should be, so this is the final flushing week 20/2/2022 - 26/2/2022, and harvest on Saturday the 26th. Will post photos from harvest and outcome.
I thought that the easiest strain I have grown was Barney's Pineapple Express Auto, the Gorilla Glue proved me wrong. It was even easier, with fluffy smelly glittery buds. The only downside for me was the final outcome. I was expecting at least 300 grams of dried weight. Now I guess it will be around the 250 g. Apart that it was an excellent and pleasant strain to grow.
As I mentioned earlier this strain is may be the easiest I have ever grown with a decent harverst in terms of weight. It took 104 days from seed to harvest and she produced 1.200 grams of wet bud, which will be around 20% - 25% of dried weight. The smell is great, the buds are heavy on thc and excellent looking. Recommending it for a not experienced grower definitely. On the downside it did not yield the 340 grams I have managed to harverst from Barney's LSD Auto, or as I want to call it the Champion, but its easier than Pineapple Express and can produce more weight.
