Hey All,
I am back and going to start documenting a few of my grows. I'm hoping to start testing some custom and special genetics using my living soil system which I have been perfecting since my first post. I am by no means an expert, but I'm a lot better than I was when I quit updating!
This will be documenting my Quadruple Grape by BiF Beans or Brothers-in-Farms Genetics.

In addition to the BiF QG are a 2 NightOwl - Owl Pellets, a Mephisto - Grizzly Crinkle, and a Mephisto - Sour Gummy Bears
This week began with the same thing every Monday (or at least every week) with a tea made from 2 gallons of water PHd to approximately 6.5 and bubbled for about 2 hours with everything listed in ammendments. I don't mind missing these on occaision, these are just to ensure the right kinds of microbial life are plentiful. The cocounut water powder and Gnarly Barley are for the plants directly, providing some minerals like potassium and plenty of sprouted seeds enzymes.
Training:
This plant has very strong genetics, and as such was topped around week 3, it did wonderfully with the topping and training! At this point i'm also defoliating the lower buds and branches already. No wasted time!
I was so obessed with the first GC that I really didn't get any pictures of the juvenile GC. We're starting at about week 5 and things don't get really interesting until recently!
Another tea from 2 gallons of water.
The plant is doing it's pre-flower/flower stretch right now, delightful! Every day there's something to do, we're continuing to do light defol in addition to adjusting the LST. A branch has started getting away from me on the left of the plant.
Another tea this week.
Training isn't going great, I don't especially have anywhere to put that friggin long branch, I should be super cropping it!
I'm also battling some thrips, we'll be testing out some Lost Coast Plant Therapy next week.
The plant has really exploded, especially the left branch. I'm bummed I didn't supercrop or scrog it, but i'm very interested to see how the left side of the plant develops compared to the right. Trich development has started, even on the large fans you can see trichs, which is excellent, lots of trim hash. Still not seeing development on the tallest branch, it's a solid week behind the rest, and will probably live in the tent a week or 2 past the harvest of the other side of the plant.
The Quad Grape is moving right along, the big apical I should have super cropped is now so close to the top it's getting light burned.
I'm going to go ahead and bend it over, plant should be strong enough to support the bend, let's hope we don't snap anything, autos typically don't like that kind of shit.
