TamedFire I had one Member Berry seed not pop but that's kind of expected whenever you purchase an older strain. I try to stick with new releases and newer genetics so you don't have to worry so much about seeds not popping from being too old.

TamedFire Growing very nicely so far. This is the first time I have had a seed pod that held onto the plant for so long. You can see it in the first picture just hanging on towards the bottom of the plant.

TamedFire Pretty easy growing when you use the correct soil. Only need water and have been getting wonderful growth on the plants. This will be the last week in the solo cup before she gets transplanted into the 3 gallon fabric pot. The seed pod fell off :-( I was "rooting" for him.

TamedFire Some plants have really amazing growth like this lady. Topping a photo plant 5 weeks from seed is the speed that I like to see from a plant. I don't like to wait around for a plant to grow and don't want to switch to hydroponics either. Obviously where this preference originates. I'm curious why a top view and a side view of my plant does not give me the green zone on my photos & videos. It's not like I can take photos of the plant from more angles and that would really just be overloading my computer with photos. I document every plant and put the photos onto an external drive when finished. I only use the rooting enzymes with the exception of the Mykos WP for the first two weeks after transplant and the first two weeks of flower.

TamedFire Had to do some LST this week because I don't like the plants getting too close to the lights. Got new lights this round and am searching for the sweet spot on the potentiometers. That's the variable brightness dial.

TamedFire This is the last week before she gets put into flower. I have high hopes for this plant. It said in her description that she is a flower and concentrate cannabis cup winner.

TamedFire And the stretch continues. At the beginning of week 2 I start giving the plants big bud to help them with their flower production. Curious how this one is going to turn out. I have read that the plant has a high flower morphology so there is many variations to what her flowers can come out to be.

TamedFire B-52 added this week to help with them B vitamins. Rooting solutions are no longer being added and the stretch should be over next week. I've recently started adding siriracha sauce to my cup of noodles and it adds a wonderful spicy taste to the noodles and the soup. Best with garlic butter ritz crackers.

TamedFire Last week for using big bud. The frost is coming on strong and she has a tart berry smell to her. I'm not really a fan of tart so I'm hoping that she doesn't put out even stronger tart flavors. Just because she smells tart doesn't mean she will taste tart so my hopes are still up.

TamedFire I always try to boost the ppm with the base nutrients to the max at this stage in flower. I just like to make sure that what the plants can take they have available and not underfed.

TamedFire Some nice weight being produced by the Member Berry plant but her flower structure isn't what I had hoped it would be. A little too much foxtail for my liking.

TamedFire This is the last week that I was able to capture photos of her but she actually went a full 10 weeks flower before I harvested. I'm pretty sure the fox tailing is my own doing from giving her too much light. I had no idea that these two new custom LED lights would be over powered in the tent together. I see this as a good thing for when the LED lights start dimming when they age I can turn them up higher and not have to worry about the plants not getting enough light.
Balanced hybrid. I don't feel sleepy nor stimulated from it. It's just a little above average from its unique terps.

TamedFire This cultivar is supposedly a cup winning flower and extract. This seed that I popped is not. However, the cultivar does have promise because the flower morphology is so high I'm bound to get an entirely different phenotype next seed. The rosin is better than flower.
How were the rosin returns? I have been looking at some Ethos Genetics to grow out to press into rosin. I am curious of your opinion on the rosin yield and quality.
@teabee, They are wonderful. Yield really depends on the plant. In my experience the "Glue" cultivars have produced the most. Quality is always there but differs again from plant to plant. My favorite tasting rosin so far has been the SFV OG (lemon pine) and The Crawl #1 (straight gasoline). Some plants are better pressed than smoked in flower (Sticky Glue) and some are better left in flower than pressed (Banana Cake)....which fascinates me.
