She’s in water for 48 hours and then I’ll put her in Purple Cow starter mix.
She popped right up, still has her shells.
12 hours later and she’s shed her shells, she’s standing and her first set of leaves are already growing.
She’s looking really healthy and she’s growing quickly, probably 2 inches already. I’ll probably plant her tomorrow (Saturday).
Time for her to go into her permanent 5 gallon pot.
I planted her in a 5 gallon fabric pot filled with Coast of Maine Stonington Blend soil, watered her in and put a humidity dome over her.
She didn’t skip a beat, no transplant shock. Two days later and her third set of leaves are already visible.
Three days later and she’s visibly bigger.
Four days later and she’s bigger again, I can see the tiny fourth set of leaves and her stem and leaf stems are a beautiful purple color.
Day 5 (Thursday) she’s 3 inches tall and growing like a weed.
Growing every day, she’s looking beautiful and healthy.
Saturday she’s 4 inches tall and getting too big for the dome so I removed it. Her first 3 sets of leaves are 1,3,5. She’s growing really quickly!
She’s growing like a little weed! 5 inches tall to start the week. I thought that her first 3 sets of leaves were 1,3,5 but they’re actually 1,3,7 which I’ve never had before. She must be really happy!
Monday she’s 6 inches tall and there’s already tiny growth at her nodes. She’s going to be a big girl!
Tuesday she’s 7 inches tall.
Thursday she’s 8 inches tall.
Saturday she’s 11 inches tall! There’s growth from all of her nodes already. Her newest leaves all have 9 fingers, they went 1,3,7,9,9 etc. She’s going to be a monster!
She’s continuing to grow nice and tall with good growth at the nodes.
She’s getting taller every day and growth is continuing at her nodes.
Her fan leaves seem to all have 9 fingers so she must be happy.
The next time she needs water, I’ll add CalMag to her diet.
I upped her nutrients to week 3 levels and added CalMag. She’s growing an inch a day and is still growing 9 fingers on her fan leaves. I think she may be growing more than 2 leaves at a time up top.
She’s looking really healthy. All new fan leaf growth has 9 fingers and she’s growing 3 fan leaves at a time instead of 2.
I’m very happy with her progress so far. She’s growing really well and still looks super healthy.

She’s growing like crazy! She’s still growing 3 nodes from her 6th node up but she’s looking really healthy.
Looking good! No pistils yet but I’m expecting to see them any day now.
She shot up 3 inches overnight! Waiting for pistils.
Another 3 inches and still has 3 nodes growing. She’s going to be a real monster. I may need to tie her over, she’s just under 3 feet and hasn’t even started stretching yet.
She’s tremendous and still growing. I’m still waiting for pistils and it’s time for them so I gave her just water with a few ml of Prescription Blend Big Data to hopefully nudge her into flowering.
Still growing like a weed. Her color is looking better. Overall she looks great.
She’s getting too close to the light so I weighted her top over in preparation for tying her down.
This monster shows no signs of slowing down. Still no pre-flowers or pistils showing. The weight I put on her top to keep her the proper distance from the light seems to be working well, she has a nice bend and the upper branches have started growing up towards the light.
It looks like she’s finally starting to pre-flower. She sure is growing differently than the other strains. I’m doing my best to keep up with her, but she’s really testing my knowledge at this point.
She’s finally started pre-flowering but she’s still growing taller. I keep pulling her top over and down and the next day her top is hitting the light. Her very top has some light burn but I’m doing my best to mitigate it. She has so many bud sights, she’ll probably be the biggest yet.
This beast is taking 1.5 gallons of water every other day and gets droopy if it’s any longer. The runoff doesn’t even start until the whole gallon and a half has been given.
She’s a beast and just keeps growing. I’ve had to spiral her top down twice and she’s still getting taller. She takes up much of the tent already and is the biggest indoor plant I’ve grown to date AND she’s getting bigger. This is going to get interesting.
So so so many bud sights!!
The beast is too big. She’s literally taking up the whole tent and stealing the light from everyone else. I unfortunately noticed some nanners forming, which I was worried about when she grew so big. I removed the ones that I saw but I think I’m going to chop her down tomorrow and just start over.
