In the photo, the plants look healthy and robust. I've done defoliation with LST three times. I use GHF Bio Line fertilizers in combination with GHF Mineral Line and Aptus Startbooster, Topbooster and Bud Ignitor. I also use mycorrhiza Bio Side and Voodoo Juce. I use coconut as a substrate and water about 1.5-2 liters of a weak solution with enhancers every day and correct the solution with mineral fertilizers. For the light I use a cheap solution of about $ 130-150 for four 280W full spectrum lamps with 2835 SMD chip. I try not to feed too much because the plants also consume nutrients from organic fertilizers that I have applied twice, in an amount of about from half recommended by the manufacturer. I try to observe each stage of development more accurately. But I can say that I did not have to make huge investments, because fertilizers work on their own.
