I dont like the way her leaves are curling downward. My first guess is under watering since I didnt water yesterday but shes not perking up as fast after watering today as I would expect. Any ideas?

Underwatering and overwatering look very similar.
In underwatering the leaves and the stems become flacid and droppy.
In overwatering just the leaves get a droppy and the stems stay crisp.
If your stem from the stalk of the plant to the leaf are rigid then you may have overwatered.
Its ok. its not the end of the world.
Give her some time and space and she should bounce back in no time.
what kinda of system is the red cup in the grow bag? is it preparing for transplant or is it a gentle transplant the cup has holes in it?

Nitrogen toxicity.
.. probabaly from the Cal med.
If leaves are like that it either overwater or nitrogen toxicity .
. Keep them damp never let them even get close to drying out .
( I recommend a zyme from day 1.. hygrozyme . Sensizyme .cannazyme etc.
