All plants are different, this little baby don't need nitrogen, has too many for few weeks upfront. Slow down with feed, let her dry out before watering next. Do few pure water at 6.3-6.4 pH and she should catch up. Otherwise guaranteed midget and problems ... All the Best ! P.s. have in mind wind damage could be mistaken or aditive to the problem, hope she is not under constant wind ?

@Misanthrope hi mate at first I thought it could be a case of overwatering but looking at those leaves and remembering a similar plant I grew's problems it could be the start of a nitrogen toxicity where the leaves will "claw" and be quite dark in color if the watering isnt fixing it then perhaps consider cutting back on the nitrogen

Don't water on a fixed schedule. They need 3-4 days in-between waterings. If you water too often the roots will rot or not get enough oxygen, since wet soil doesn't allow as much air to move through the soil. I usually stick almost half my finger in the soil and if it feels completely dry then I'll water. You can also tell by the weight off the pots but that won't work in your case since you have the small pot in the big one already, but that's not a problem. They are however over watered. They will be perfectly fine. Remember, less is more
