So back at things, or just continuing along. I had major problems for about a month of growing. My strain decided that I wasn't feeding her right even though everything was identical to previous goes. Same strain but she got picky, she does not like lots of Nitrogen. I went back to very light lucas formula and everything cleared up and new growth is now beautiful. Yeah so just when you think everything is textbook routine these plants can throw you a curve ball. I may switch back to soil, but I do love the DWC. The only problem I had with dwc is that my plants grew too big. See you again soon.
Update: Things are sailing along, no issues... knock on wood. She has stretched a bit and Im running out of room with about 6 inches to spare in height. See ya next time.👊
Everything is going well again. The flowering plant is starting to form buds and I think stretch is slowing down. Mother plant is on standbye for cloning when she gets to big for the space. I will be cloning probably the end of next week.
Well there, had to prune three of the main budz. That hurt me probably more than it hurt her. Last time I did the same thing and she hardly skipped a beat, she is a really resiliant. Not much else going on, that should keep her low enough to finish, next time I will flower a little earlier. Until next time keep it green friends!
Shes growing like a beast again, looks like she hasn't been affected. Topped a few other budz which was a bummer but she seems to take it and stay productive. Just trying to keep the damn thing from growing up... I had a feeling now with no problems dialed in in dwc she grows too well. Maybe I will try soil again with the revised nutrient schedule?! Everything is sailing along, clones I cut are now rooting. Mother plant is ready to clone again and replaced. Flowering plant is doing great despite all that late prunning and bud removal. This strain is super strong and just takes everything I throw at it. So glad I ended up with this plant... let her live forever!👊
Hello everybody,
things have been good with buds getting bigger. Cut back the nutes a tiny bit because some leafs showing burns. All in all a total recovery and success, just give it a few more weeks! Stay green friends👊
She stretched more than I was ready for again. Even after cutting her buds off in the third week of flower it didnt slow her down at all. Decent crop and some great colours and smells. Super pleased, only thing next time I will go an extra week.
