I would say this is genetic mutation. Possibly unstable genetics.
It looks healthy. So I’d give it a chance and see what she does. It’s really all you can do.

This is my 1st grow ,I think she’s looking ok,I’ve just started on the LST, Hopefully I’m doing it correctly.please advise on anything I should do or change.

To start the plants are pretty , full and green! I can tell you put a lot of thought into your environment as well, great work!
The droopy leaves tell me overwatering may be a factor; just be sure each time you water to give it a couple days to fully dry out, these plants enjoy their dry time just as much as the fresh drink when they finally completely dry out. This should perk your plant up.
In regards to defoliation; I would wait until your plant develops more. Once they start to stretch (it will be obvious), begin with the big lower fan leaves and undergrowth (bottom 1/3 of plant) so the plants Energy can focus on canopy growth.

So I’ve just raised the light 💡 up as she’s got a little heat stress, but all is😊 good.
Defoliation yesterday and removed some lower branch’s.
Then gave her a lovely brew of tea ☕️ and had one myself ☕️

This looks like it needs some magnesium in it. but calmg has that as well.
You may want to lower your PH a bit, to like 6.5-6.8 In outdoor soil grows you don't need to balance your PH, indoors I find it needs a little something.
You could use Epsom slats as a quick fix.
about 1tsp per gal.

I’ve also brought from living soil,,,Bloom🌸x Barley x Myco Boost Fed them half strength and 🤩 WOW they loved it . .Tran Siberian lower leafs 🍃 are getting there green colour back 🌱🌱..very happy with the changes. Next top feed is this Thursday, will use full strength and let’s 👁️👁️ see what happens … 🤔

This 2nd grow 9 plants, 6 sitting in 12 ltr pots (RHIZO)
3 sitting in 3 8ltr Rhizo pots, living soil from growell.
It’s great talking texting to encouraging People like yourself
who show interest and advice/help ….I BLOOD LOVE IT 😊 lol
