Hi
@907stephen! Final yield is related to : plant's structure, number of bud sites, and the size/weight of the colas. In order to maximize buds sites and get a beautiful structure with big colas, you'll need to do some slight LST so the light will cover every part of the plant. From what I see in your diary, your baby is too young / too short to work on LST now. However, there's something you can do to renforce it's "bushy" aspect : ponytail her! Ponytailing is basically bringing the top leaves together and wrapping them with a rope/wire/clothespin. Doing this a few hours everyday will allow bottom stems to develop better/faster, and in the end you'll get a really bushy baby with almost all of the branches at the same height (flat canopy). I've been doing this recently on my 'blackberry' diary, take a look at the first weeks this might help you understand this process. Also be warned, many growers do confound LST and bending/trellising : when you work with LST, you need to bend the stems progressively, a few inches a day, and never exceed a 45° angle with an autoflowering strain, otherwise you'll stunt her and slow down her growth. Hope this helps, I'll be around, keep us up-to-date and happy growing!
