Target 3 gallon pots with fox farm ocean forest soil in tent with 150w led at 50% at about 36 inches over head
VPD: what's the minimum temperature I should target during germination / seedling ? The chart I'm using seems to say target .4-.8 , so i'm close to that with my current .75-.83 vp ... but I'm nervous about my seeds in the soil not getting enough warmth.

vp should have been vpd, was a typo. The environment is hard to maintain, so I'm trying to go with changing temp when can, and humidity when while targeting a good VPD Vapor Pressure Deficit ? I'm still trying to learn and understand the concept, so asking questions. But, I think its a way to look at temp and humidity as a single net result where you try to make it easier for the plant to respirate well for its growth stage.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback. So far it sounds like ... I'll should the lights down to 12 and try to keep the temp over 20c/68f and try to bump humidity to go with it to get the lower vpd. as is , i think my temps are getting too low sometimes. ad humidity is a struggle. Anyways, at about 67f and 51% rh right now.

LearnForgetRepeat Almost clobbered her. Hopefully she will have a full recovery, and she does look better 25 hours later
02-06 watered first time in 5 days. Was deliberately waiting for her to act dry and have a light pot.
Then added 1 liter of water with 3 caps cal mag and 1 cap of grow big.
At same time clipped a couple of fan leaves to ope bottom and a couple of bud sites.
Also phβd water for first time. Not at all confident did it right. Saw near a 5.0 ph in the nute water before adding it, so added 3-4 ml of ph up to get about a 6.0
That felt like a lot to add, so hope my meter was correct. Will have to get something to calibrate with.
Within hours it looked like she was a goner with very droopy leaves that curled under pretty bad.
24 hours later she is about half better with leaves starting to stand up again. Still looks rough, with a couple leaves showing some kind of problem, and the remainder looking mostly ok
All of this at the same time barely seeing pistols so she was just barely starting to flower
