Put seed in soil mix after soaking for 24 hours. Used 1 litre plastic pot to start this lady up. Seedling stretched a bit from under the first leaves. Internode spacing seems normal. Only bottled water for now.

Plant entered vegetative stage. Explosive growth everywhere. Performed more LST and some defoliation to maximise light penetration. Watering only when needed using bottled water.

First signs of flower on this lady. Some white pistils growing on some of the nodes. Stretch phase also started with internode spacings getting longer. Trichomes started showing around the bud sites!! More LST and defoliation was performed to try keep canopy controlled. First top dressing was applied using worm castings and some cow dung pellets. Still only watering when needed with bottled water using 2-4 litres every time.

More and more stretching!!! Main branch shot up and "ruined" my even canopy. Failed to bend it using only LST and did not want to try supercropping an autoflower on my first grow. More white pistils keep popping out from the bud sites. Trichomes are increasing daily also especially on the smaller leaves around the bud sites. Signs of light stress appeared on the upper side of the plant. I underestimated the distance needed between the lights and the canopy. Only bottled water when needed, usually every 2-3 days. Getting exciting!!! :)

Lady still stretching and branching out. Bud sites keep filling up. Plant seems to still suffer from light stress. Moved oscillating fan to try and optimise air circulation. Other than that plant seems to be in good condition with all bud sites stacking up :) Watering when needed using bottled water

Put light up by 10cm to try and avoid any more light stress. Only leaf tips on the top of the higher reaching branches seem to be effected. Buds keep stacking up and putting out more white pistils!!! Should need only water till harvest day after this week's final light top dressing using worm castings. Watered castings in with 4 litres of sugar water to increase activity in the living soil.

She's definitely going to take longer than 10 weeks. Not complaining though as she is swelling up like there's no tomorrow!!! 🙂 White pistil formation is slowing down and the majority of what there is are turning orange. This week was easy going, just watered her when she needed. Now it should be just a waiting game...

Another week passed and this lady is still putting on weight. Buds swelling significantly every day!!! Yesterday I noticed that some buds are turning purple, could be due to the cold nights we have experienced these couple of days. I like the different colours; dark green sugar leaves, light green calyxes, purple hints here and there, orange pistils and white frost 🙂 I think she is getting close, very close. Noticed some signs of fading colours, mainly some yellowing on some leaves, mostly the few bigger fan leaves that are still on. Maybe end of this week or beginning of next week I will give her 48 hours of darkness and then the big chop!!! This might be the last update before harvest! ☺️ Introduced earthworms in the fabric pot to start preparing soil for next run. Planning to plant nitrogen fixing cover crop right after harvest. Enough rambling, smoking on some sativa, you know how it is... Happy growing!!!

I exceeded all of my expectations!!! Imagined I would get around 80g of bud when finished. During drying I lowered my weight expectations to 40-50g just by looking at the buds. So you can imagine the look on my face when the final weigh-in came up to 104g!!!! Buds not super dense but not fluffy either. Really happy considering it's my first grow and using only organic, slow release (cheap-ish) fertilisers as most of my budget went to the set-up. Looking forward to keep improving!!!! In two weeks I will update with a smoke report!!!
