I just bought the MARS HYDRO TSW 2000 Led Grow Light 300 what should be the distance and dimmer setting on seedlings?

Flipped to flower. Changed from 18-6 light schedule to 12-12, added the two scrog nets, and removed the weakest branches that wouldn't make it to the net.
