Next grow is a 3X run of an interesting strain from what I have read, an Indica that stays rather short and chunky, should have no problem running all 3 in the tent.
They have all done a water soak and are in their paper towel cocoon. Next up they will go straight into their final 3 gal pots, word is this baby goes fast, <90days, but has a decent yield, we shall see.
Last grow, my first is still in the tent with just about 20 days to go. These babes will be started in a germination/seedling area I have built in the room and based on other diaries they will be just out of seedling stage when the Daq Lime is harvested.
Good times ahead, see ya after they pop out.
Day 1 - Wet paper towel method
Day 2 - All 3 have tap roots, planted into their final pots, 3 gal fabric with an 420 organic soil mix from local vendor. Lights on 24hrs till open.
Day 5 - All 3 have popped open and are rocking in 75%RH, 27C°, with lights set at 250µmol, 18/6
Day 7 - Got a bit leggy, added some better air circulation to the area, and added some precautionary support for now
Week 1 for nutrient schedule - Day 16 from seed - Looking good so far. Tomorrow I will start them on the BioBizz Week 1 schedule @50%. The area they are in is keeping them around 75% RH and 27C°, lights are set to deliver 350µmol. They should be moving into the tent later this week as the Daiquiri Lime is days away from harvest.
Day 19 they got to move into the tent previously occupied by the now drying Daiquiri Lime, sooo they should be exploding soon, see ya next week.
Days 23-29 - Week 2 of Veg with Bio Bizz schedule at 100%/L - Feeding about 300mL every other day with nutrients every other feed. Trying to keep temps around 27°C and 75% humidity. Lights are set to 500µmol/35DLI
Days 30-36 - Week 3 of Bio Bizz schedule. Starting to show buds already, man these babies go fast! That said their fan leaves are starting to yellow. I am sure it is not from overwatering, under perhaps cause I am always a bit cautious. Could it be nutrients? It is organics so the soil is being fed and my understanding is it is not that easy to overfeed with organic living soil methods, may be wrong, time will tell.
Days 37 -43 - These things are getting some nice buds already. The yellowing leaves continue and I only slightly increased the water amount at each feeding by about 100ml. As mentioned last week, its an organic grow with good living soil so I don't think its a nutrient issue, could it be these babies are budding so quick that their resources are going to the buds?
