This week I found something that looks like aphids on one of my other plants. They are smaller and shinier than regular aphids though so I'm trying to get an id. The picture is from the one infested leaf off a Green Gelato nearby. The Wedding Cake had a couple of bugs down in the crotches which I gently hand removed and hit it with Spinosad in case there were any survivors. Something to keep my eye on.
I also moved up from the 4" starter pots to a 5 gal Vivosun mesh grow bag. These are taupe colored which I hope means I won't run into heat problems once it gets cooking in Arizona. Tip to outdoor desert growers: Overheated roots looks like a nitrogen deficiency. I was right on time with the transplant, the tap root was beginning to circle. It's important with cannabis not to wait to transplant as long as you would with other plants.
