Hey, if you want some advice, check the EC and pH of the runoff water after watering. I think one of those values has to be off.... I had the same issue, a slow flowering, and when I measured the drainage levels I got scared, the pH was at 5.2 and the EC at 3900, I was poisoning the plants. I'm doing a leach of the waterings and applying only water until I reach normal levels. Runoff water pH between 6.2 and 7 and the EC according to the feeding charts. Hope this helps.
