A late upload of the beginning of Dolores life; started two seeds, but unfortunately only one took hold and was viable after all was said and done (the other one failed to sprout at all). Kept in a humidity dome under regular CFL lighting.

Backfilling this information, as I started this diary about two weeks into the grow. Started day 14 in the spacebucket, on a 16/8 schedule. CFL, with four 2700k and a small led strip (5000K) on the side of bucket.

Decided to go ahead and place it in the tent 24 hours earlier than anticipated, but looking as fine as ever! It was quite therapeutic as ever, can't wait to see how she evolves over the next few months!

Dealing with some nute burn: what are your best tips for avoiding nute burn in the future?

Hey there, I'd say always measure your nutes, and start at a low strength and watch for changes, then increase as necessary. If you can master doing the ph and ppm that's always good, as often many problems come down to roots/salt buildup and lack of being able to take in the necessary nutes. Also understand flushing and that occasionally plants will require that even without it being the finale. Clean your reservoir and other equipment.

She bounced back great from the nute burn with almost no ill effects (after a quick emergency transplant to get her out of the burned medium; she was looking rough)! A small amount of training this week before I start LST.

Starting on day 36 through day 42; pictures posted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Spent a little bit of time defoliating Dolores early this morning, and continuing to train with LST so that at the end of next week (day 49) we'll be good to grow into the scrog. Let me know what you think!

Flipped on 7/20 to flowing time schedule, so I'm a few days late getting this week started on here (sorry folks). Gonna give her a solid week to transition before Is start flowering nutes. So excited to keep growing this strain!

Going on vacation soon, so I bought a smart plug and manifold dripper pushed by a small submersible pump. Transition weeks is over now and we're moving on to flowering nutes and training just a little bit more (but mostly defoliation, tucking leaves and cleaning it up in there).

Got some great buds coming in! So happy with this strain so far, great size of the buds for only 2 weeks in flower (still growing like a weed, haha). Doing the nute, nute, water routine and she is reacting fantastically to it! Hopefully my week absence isn't too bad! Turning it over two my wife for the two weeks after as I'll be away (again). Considering changing my nutrients for a future grow.

Sigh. Well vacation to Portland was great for me, but not so great for Dolores (who doesn't name their plant?). Got a little fair bit of nitrogen deficiency (roughly 18% of her) due to the inablilty to run nutes through my pump (previously they caused some clogging and I valued getting her some form of food). Start back with a 1.25x amount of nitrogen to get her back, after removing the leaves that were too far gone. Going to tack on an extra week for recovery.

Had to turn around immediately after I landed from vacation and come back and head out to work on the west side of the world for two weeks. She's looking significantly better now, maybe two leaves have needed to be removed total. Back to the nute, nute, water ritual and she's reacting well to this. Excited to get back and she her some love! According to my wife, "she is sticky and she is stinky!"

Well, she's really starting to fatten up which makes me feel substantially better that I did not irreparable damage in my absence; huge shout out to my wife as well for taking care of my sweet baby while I was gone too! She's starting to smell great now, noticeable cheesy aroma that lingers when I'm tending plant.

Currently I'm running the full spectrum of GHE nutrients, but beginning to run low. My question is this: What nutrient brand do you use, and why? I run in Coco, so it'd need to be versatile.

Hi @randyjustice! I was using BioBizz for a long time but I now switched to GreenleafNutrients. The powder is so much easier to manipulate than liquids, and it's also better for long-time storage. Finally, I noticed some good results using their products range (MegaCrop+SweetCandy+BudExplosion+CalMag). Probably not the best, but definitely worth the price (cheaper than many other brands). Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

We've had some lift-off! They've packed on quite a bit of weight and size the last few days. Trichome production is through the roof, mostly clear at this point in time. The smell has been severally ramped up, so that when I'm not running a fan, I can smell it across the house, which ain't bad necessarily. Looking forward to smoking this one!

Chunking up rather nicely right now, and smelling incredibly potent! As you can tell from the picture several bud sites, two mail cola's and a few other primary cola's that are dominating the canopy of the plant! Cannot wait to harvest this sucker!

The smell on this one is intense! I am absolutely loving this strain though; so easy to grow and so receptive to training, nutes and rather forgiving to some hard times (me being gone for a week). I'm going to make a bold prediction that this strain yields over 56 g, but only time will tell. Going to give her at least two more weeks :)

It is flush week! Giving her pHed water with 10 mL of Florakleen (per gallon) to get her clean before the chop. I'll probably be taking her down on Satuday evening and we'll start the drying process!

Overall, I am really impressed with the quality of this grow. Impressed by Barney Farms and the quality of this seed! Overall it was pretty easy to grow, with great yield, and great tasting buds!
