July 5; we are now in 2nd week of veg. The temps are a bit on the higher end in the tent and somedays have reached 30 degrees due to our heat wave we are having. This is even with having installed an a/c.
They are coming along wellπ± there are two girls who have a bit of speckled looking leaves so Iβm not sure if it could be due to heat stress. They did look like that as soon as they came out of their jackets though. Any tips appreciated π
This last week you can really see the bud development and the trichome production looks amazing π
Nice to read that you are thinking about starting the flush phase. Can I ask how long do you flush for (7-10 day's)?
Looking in tip top shape mate π
All the best βοΈ

@nbacmprgirl2018, That's what I like to hear. A nice long flush, checking your run-off to leave a nice pure and clean end product π
That's how it should be done. Take note new growers π

@DinafemSeeds,
Hey Mark ! Thank you so much for checking in again :) it means a lot ! We do a an approx 20 day flush where they get nothing but water, but the last 7-10 days we actually flush the plants and check the runoff with a ppm meter and let them dry out for a good 3 days in between π
She's a fair size lady mate π
Personally I would get her potted up into your finish pots. Give her 10-14 days to get established then start the flower show π
This is going to be a stunning flower show and one we will be watching with interest π
Thank you for taking the time to update your diary, I'll drop back in on the next βοΈ
All the best
Mark..
@nbacmprgirl2018, No problem my friend we all get distracted from time to time π
I see you are 3 weeks into bloom now so the stretch is over and all focus will be on big fat bud production π
Looking really good from this end buddy and as always thank you for the diary update βοΈ
Until next time π
All the best
Mark.
That crystal coverage is crazy and nice decision on the defoliation. This will allow more light through to those lower budsites π
Looking great in here as we hit the half way stage of bloom π
Thanks for the update buddy, I'll drop back in on the next π
All the best
Mark..
Purple afghan kush is one of my favourite indica strain that we have every produced. Packed full of flavour and one of the most photogenic strains on the Dinafem menu π
Can I ask what soil/medium are you using as this could be the cause of the yellowing with the 2 ladies but it could also be heat related which is more likely due to the heat wave π
Let's see how our pak performs in your garden and we will be watching with interest π
Good luck and I'll drop back in on the next update π
All the best
Mark..
Congrats on a great harvest! Beautiful stacked cola's and nice colour π deffo a strain I've wanted to grow for a long time, grown to perfection ππ₯ keep it up! βοΈππ¦
Dinafem x Remo nutrients always do special things and this is another grow that has done very well indeed π
Purple Afghan kush is my favourite indica strain in our line. I hope you enjoy her like I do.
Filled with a sweet pineapple flavour and that heavy hitting indica high. You'll love her π
Until your next adventure π
