Last but not least is our Peyote, she did so well in her lifetime and when we look at the rough start that she had we are amazed that she survived to become this beautiful lady. This girl made it to November third and the pictures with the frost on the buds are actually a morning frost that we had in October but she held on and she seemed to enjoy the briskness of the air. We took her down in intervals, top branches first of course but we found that every branch taken became a weight off and she seemed pleased. We washed her in our normal mix and then she was hung to drip dry before the flowers were removed from the stalk. After that it was the flower tower followed by the paper bag for moisture redistribution and from there she was bagged so that the curing process could continue. There was maybe a bud or two that rotted which is incredible, this has been quite the harvest season for us and after 37 days of hand trimming it finally came to a close. As for the weight, it is not accurate at all. There wasnโt time for weighing and we really are not concerned with such things. Our 2022 outdoor grow was a successful one and we are so blessed to have sat in the warm sunshine during harvest. What an adventure!
