DonPeyote Defoliation was done on the tails with polyploid development, I adjusted the height... I still need to raise the lights a bit.
In this first week of flowering, I always use half of the vegetative nutrients and half of the flowering nutrients.

DonPeyote You can start to notice the formation of flowers, the plants have stayed healthy.
Watering every 3 days, not for any set reason, it just turned out that’s what the girls wanted. Fertilizer in every watering, of course, well dosed considering that the charts are for weekly feeding.

DonPeyote Absolutely beautiful, I loved the beginning of flowering of this strain, it stretches but not too much, it fills up with flowers quickly. Very vigorous. During the first 3 weeks of flowering, I always do low pruning because that's when I can definitely see what will be left in the shade.

DonPeyote What beauty, I'm amazed by this genetics, just need to clean the filter shirt to improve extraction and lower the humidity a bit. It looks like it will be one of my highest yielding harvests.

DonPeyote Some branches had to be tied up so they wouldn't bend under the weight, the fattening begins with high expectations for this strain... We'll see if we repeat it.

DonPeyote Almost all the buds are starting to lean to one side because of the weight, I already have 5 supported and by next week they will probably all be tied up.

DonPeyote Incredible this strain is. The buds are tightening up like I've rarely seen before, the fattening is amazing... That said, some of the phenotypes are showing a bit more of their Malawi heritage and more sativa-like buds.

DonPeyote So far, nothing bad to say about this strain, watching it grow has been a privilege.

DonPeyote This was the last week with nutrients, from now on just water, I estimate that this grow has only a couple of weeks left. I don't use a final flush, I just stop feeding and use only water for the last 2 weeks.

DonPeyote It's been a week with half the dose of fertilizers and a week of just water, one more week of water and then it's time to cut. The scissors are getting restless, I'm starting to get impatient to try this strain.
Finally, this strain took its time, but it was worth it.
It hits hard but it's not the kick I expected, very sativa effect, it leaves you cheerful, with lots of laughter and somewhat detached from reality, I recommend it, definitely one of my favorites although I expected more.
In production, it's remarkable, in the last 2 or 3 weeks is when you really notice the fattening and the buds become very dense, you have to tie them up or use a net.

DonPeyote You need to keep the humidity quite low in the last weeks since the thickness of the buds makes them prone to botrytis, watch out for that.
The plant itself is resistant, but it's the thickness of its flowers, the density of the buds that forces you to have the humidity very controlled in advanced stages. I think it's better to grow it by scheduling the flowering for the summer.
Dude... you are having a polyploid!! Congratulations!! Polyploid is usually a very rare mutation 😁
However, I'am an ACE true fan and following grow diaries these days, I see a lot of this and I'm not sure to feel about this.. Again, it is supposed to be very uncommon.
@sativaman, I've been growing for years and I've never seen polyploids before, now in just one tent with only this strain, 3 plants show similar qualities. In my opinion, this appeared due to the great stress I put them through between the 1st and 3rd week.
Cheers!
The growth was a bit slow at the beginning since I was too rough with the first 2 apical cuts; I think from the second to the fourth week of vegetative growth, there was almost no growth, just recovery.
While I achieved the desired structure, it's not worth losing several weeks... I could have achieved the same by applying low-stress techniques in much less time.
Now they are healthy; I water once every 3 days, and the light intensity isn't at its full potential since I prioritize the temperature.
@XII_XII_EarlyRaver, the fattening just started and the buds are already drooping from the weight of the flowers, I had to tie some up and I can already see that I'll have to tie up almost all of them, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
