Starting my second diary here! I germinated this together with other 2 Gorilla Glues, but both did not sprout ¬¬
Let's see if these pretty northern lights give me a noice couch lock! I'm in the climax of summer here, I hope she likes to sweat…! 😅
I faced a very warm and rainy week, this clearly slowed her down a little. I'm using half of my lamps because of this, and not using the AC. Probably using full lamps and AC only at week 4 :T
This week was a little bit cooler than last one, she displayed some regular growth. Also doubled her feeding, gonna increase for 50% next one, which will correspond to 75% of Advanced Nutrients recomendations. Let's see how she takes it! I've read this strain is very hungry, gotta feed her well [:
I've just developed (or should I say improvise?) this lst style with her, inspired in someone else's diary, and she is responding quite nice to it!
I had some people visiting my house this week, so I had to leave her outside in the nightime. Some bugs have bite her, but no serious injuries.
Life is though in the wild, green lady, don't you get too soft on your comfy room! 😜
So I just broke her neck. It broke my heart! She was going so well!
I'm sure she will recover, but her growth is definetely compromised :T
Any thoughts on the patch I've made?
I'm not sure if its worth to keep her growing head or just chop it off…
I guess keeping it will be less stressful?
Well, she survived last week's broken neck. The main cola is not going to be the biggest bud, but is probably going to be big! She is looking happy and gorgeous, very healthy! This week was cooler, the AC was not necessary. I'm glad for the energy saving [:
I started spraying coloidal silvar to one of her branches, my first time trying this polination method. Hope it works well!

I wonder why the top leaves are looking like sad and thirsty?
Any ideas why the top bud leaves are looking sad? (day 43 pictures, where taken at 25°C, 72%)
I've seen these same leaves happier (like day 42 pictures) at 26°C, 79%.
It seems to happen more when the lights are out.
That's light stress buddy. From the pic I can see your top cola is like 3 inches away if not closer. That is light stress, if u don't have enough room try doing what I did, but I don't know if your nodes will still bend with breaking the inside, you don't want to HST them, just do what I didn't in my monster&midget diary, just tie it down and you really could go any way as the 3 lights is a little overkill all facing on top. I'd move the 1s you on the sides
down on the ground and have them facing upwards at an angle focusing the light up through the bottom of your grow, this will ensure you don't have a top ready harvest while the bottom lags behind and it will with soo much light focused on the top and nothing for the middle. That's just me, as id want to get the most out the 3 lights and moving the 2 side 1s so they face upwards will give u a better overall yield and even bud quality/quantity tthroughout. Good luck pal.
Hotter week, this baby drank around 8L in 7 days, im impressed! She is getting so heavy, I had to tie her so she wouldn't fall from her bucket!
She is so much bigger than my last plant, DWC is quicker indeed!
After 17 days spraying coloidal silver to a lower branch, male "balls and bananas" are building up! Today (day 52) I've sprayed this branch for the last time. Balls are swelling as expected!
She is fattening up, I love it!
No smell so far though.
The male branch is ripening up! If you want some spoiler, I'm about to harvest it on day 60 - too soon...!

Well, I decided to harvest the polen and that was way too soon. I hope it is mature enough to polinate! I might try in a couple months, they are in the freezer for now.
I'm very intrigued with the absence of smells of this plant. Is this dwc side effect or does NL not smell at all?
Temperature has colled down, raining has stoped. This pretty lady went weeks with around 70% moisture with no signs of mold. Im lowering her nutes ratio and removing some of her older leaves every other day. She started fattening up this week. Im planning to harvest her in about 2 weeks from now, but I'll be watching her closely with a magnifying glass thing.
I left her on plain water this week and the following (my wish was to flush her, but I didn't read prior to it... I've read that a couple days are enough 🤷♂️)
I was observing her crystals with a hand microscope, and tricomes were just starting to get misty all around. I waited another week, until I started seeing ambar trichomes every here and there.
It took longer than I expected, I could probably feed her a little bit more im the last weeks. Very strong strain, didn't bother staying many flowering weeks over 70% humidity.
