Sorsdetacachette I'm starting a new grow
I'm going to try not to make the same mistakes as during my first grow
Ps: for germination, the seed spends 24 hours in a glass of demineralized water
Then 24 hours in a paper towel with water adjusted to pH (pH=5.5) and Rhizotonic 1ml/l
Once germinated, the seed is placed in a rock wool cube with a solution of water pH 5.5 + Rhizotonic 1ml/l
When the seed has sufficiently emerged from the rock wool cube, the plant is transplanted into the grow container (water pH= 5.5 EC=0.60 Rhizotonic 1ml/l)

Sorsdetacachette During this first week, I slightly adjusted the pH from a value of pH = 5.5 for germination to a pH = 5.8 for growth.
I only used Rhizotonic at 2ml/l until D11.
On D12, still using Rhizotonic at 2ml/l + starting Hydro A+B at 1ml/l.

Sorsdetacachette D85 - stopped cal/mag. My leaf problems are probably related to a heat shock and not a cal/mag issue. In 3/4 days, I'll start the flush for about ten days.
D86 - nothing
D87 - nothing
D88 - here we go, it's time for the flush (10 to 15 days, depending on the 🦍) Stopped all fertilizers. FlashClean at 3ml/l in the reservoir for 24h. After that, just water with adjusted pH (if in 7 days the leaves are still nice and green, then 24h with FlashClean, then water...) Slightly raised pH to 6.3.
D89 - flushed the reservoir and set up clear water with adjusted pH (just water...)
D90 - nothing After a comment from a grower (and thanks to him), I won't flush for 10 to 15 days. Flush for a maximum of 7 days with clear water... That's good because my trichomes are all starting to turn opaque.
D91 - nothing

D96 - harvest day🤩
A lot of work today 💪
More than 13 hours for the gorilla manicure 🤪
Starting the drying process for about ten days while trying to maintain the room humidity at 50%, a temperature of 21 degrees, all in the dark
Can't wait to see how much this pretty plant will give me ……..⚖️🔮
Very happy with FastBuds genetics.
The plant reacted very well to LST, SCROG, to a burn from the lamp being way too close (45cm fatal), and even to a section of the main branch (accidental topping D26).
The Gorilla cookies practically filled my growing space (tent 1.20m*1.20m) and is almost too dense in the center!!!
In short, despite some setbacks, I am super satisfied.
I wanted a revenge with this 🦍 following a first attempt in hydro that was not satisfactory (see first journal FirstHydro), I got what I wanted 🤩.
From seed to harvest, this beautiful green plant took 96 days, which is not much considering the size of this AutoFlo.
I am so satisfied that I think I will stay with AutoFlo for my next grow!!!
Thank you FastBuds

Sorsdetacachette In the end, this Gorillacookies Auto gives me a yield of 900 grams.
4 pots will be used to make hashish (bubble hash technique with all the little buds at the base of the plant)
The remaining 14 pots to taste and enjoy after a minimum curing period of 3 weeks (I'm not ready to taste it yet…)
Weight measured after 11 days of drying in the dark while trying to maintain a temperature and humidity level within certain limits (21 degrees, 50% humidity)
I really enjoyed this grow with a very easy-going plant.
Looking forward to the next adventure, which should start at the end of August…
Ps: Thanks to the different members for their wise advice.
See you soon 👋
@@Weedelfe, hello my friend
Yes, I speak French.
Thanks again for the advice; I feel like my plant has handled this new exercise well.
On the other hand, I'm done with Autoflower because they don't deliver on the promise of a short grow.
Next grow will be with a feminized strain to better manage the different stages of growth and flowering.
Happy growing 🌱-🌿-🌴-🌳
@Sorsdetacachette, the trimming is stunning, having so many buds on one plant is really impressive 💪 I wish you a great grow as well, I'm following you closely 😎
@SalemBlack_FR, thanks again!
Ps: I don't know if it's the size, but one thing's for sure, hydroponics is very effective, and I have a very powerful 600w lamp for growth.
Have a great day and happy growing!
@Sorsdetacachette,Hi Sorsdetacachette, Thank you and you are welcomed !
50cm must be ok, I thought that it was still 70 cm.
Best is to measure ppfd at several points of the canopy. If you have a phone, it can be done accurately without spending several hundreds bucks for an APogee using this +/- 5 euros app : https://growlightmeter.com !
@@Weedelfe, Hi Weedelfe
You really have a keen eye because I had forgotten to update the height of the lamp, but now thanks to you it's fixed.
I checked out your YouTube link and installed the app.
I'm going to take some measurements to make sure the lamp is at the right height.
Thanks again for the tip!
Have a great day and happy growing!
@BigDaddyK, about 3 days ago I noticed rust spots on the leaves. I first thought it was deficiencies or something like that, but I lowered the humidity too much (30%) and brought the light down too low (40cm). So I kind of shocked my plant. To help it recover, I slightly lowered my EC. But at the next solution change, I'll raise the levels back up. Good luck and happy growing!
@BigDaddyK, do you think the pH is responsible for my problems?
I check it daily and make sure to stay between 6.2 and 6.1. I lose 0.1 pH per day (6.2; 6.1; 6.0, etc.)
When it drops, I just add a little clear water to raise the pH.
I'm lost and I feel like the rust spots are just getting worse!!!
@@Weedelfe, hey buddy
I hope so... But I had a little issue (rust spots appearing on the leaves). I first thought it was a calcium deficiency. But after checking, my water is already rich in calcium. So it shouldn't be that. I probably decreased the humidity level way too much (30%), lowered the light too much (40cm), and had the ventilation too strong at the top.
I've gone back to humidity levels close to 50 to 60%,
the light is now a maximum of 50 cm from the top,
and the ventilation is less direct on the plant.
Since these changes, I feel like the plant isn't developing new brown spots.
I hope I've fixed the problem.
Definitely, growing is never a smooth ride 👊
@@Weedelfe, I have a rotating fan directed at the base of the 🦍
I had to remove the net to access the base of the plant, which is too bushy in the center; the plant is a bit asphyxiated.
I'm leaving it like this for 24 to 48 hours so it can spread out a bit more
And do one last defoliation.
Right now, the leaves in the center of the plant can't reach the top; it's too dense!!!!
@@@@David369, thank you very much for the compliment, I appreciate it. 🤘
I'm still a beginner facing different issues (for the past week, I've noticed rust spots on the leaves, and I don't know if it's because I've lowered my lamp too much or if it's a PH problem or something else...)
So I continue learning.
Ps: the size of my 🦍 comes from the fact that I'm using a large hydroponic system (110cm*60cm).
The power of the lamp 💡 is 600w.
Another important point, in my opinion, is to really understand the life cycle of a plant.
Ve a nice day and happy growing 🌱-🌿-🌴-🌳
@RFarm21, hello my friend
For now, everything is going well, but the plant isn't very dense 🌿
I hope that in the coming weeks it will gain some weight 🌳
Good luck to you and happy growing!
@Lazuli, thanks for the compliment, it makes me happy. FastBuds has never let me down. But maybe the next adventure will be with feminized. Have a great day and happy growing! 🌱🌿🌴🍂🤟
@TinyTenter, thanks for the compliment, it really means a lot coming from you (doctor SCROG🤟...). Now it needs to swell!!! Have a great day and happy growing!
