2 days before chop. Cheese cookies was lovely to grow, resilient and vigorous whole way through. They smell like apples, cheese, fuel, earthiness, and some garlic notes. Can’t wait to cure these girls up and roll em up. I will post harvest and results soon! For those that were following along, thanks for watching and I will be starting another run very soon (fire afghan cookies, green gelato, kings juice). so stay tuned :D.
