Day 1: Paper towel method was used. Made sure plastic container stayed in a dark and warm place.
Day 2: Seed has cracked but no tail yet.
Day 3: Started to worry seed won’t germinate so top tissue paper was replaced with new dry one. Used warm water to wet the new paper towel. After 12 hrs crack in seed got wider little tail started to appear.
Day 4: Repeated method used in Day 3. Warm water used on new paper towel.
Day 5: Germinated seed placed in jiffy peat pellet and placed in propagator.
Day 6: no change yet. Put propagator in window for sunlight.
Day 7: no change so decided to intervene. Checked to see if seed cracked. Slowly removed the remaining shell. Covered with soil.
Day 8: Seed has sprouted. Put propagator under the sun for 9 hrs, and after it stsrted to open its first leaves.
Day 9: She’s enjoying the sun.
Day 10: Last day in the sun. Soil mix prepared and washed with water (ph 6.5). Transfer to 15L fabric pot tomorrow.
Wk1.1) Day 11: transferred to 15l pot.
Wk1.5) Day 15: plant still under dome for extra humidity. (Sprayed some extra water in grow space for higher humidity)
Wk2.2) Day 19: First feed (1 liter)
Wk2.5) Day 22: Noticed leaves started to cramp back and are turning dark green. (Might be Nitrogen toxicity) Watered agn with no nutrients and will keep monitoring the situation daily. (1 liter) Reduced light intensity by 25%.
Wk3.5)Day 29: Temperatures have dropped. Still haven't watered agn.
Wk3.6) Day 30: Feeding solution prepared. (3L) Will leave to rest for 24 hours. Ph will be rechecked before feed.
Wk3.7) Day 31: 3L feeding solution given to plant.
Wk4.1) Day 32: Plant looking healthy. Growing super fast day by day.
Wk4.3) Day 34: More growth with main stalk.
Wk4.4) Day 35: New growth spots everywhere. LST and topping soon!
Day4.5) Day 36: LST started.
Day4.7) Day 38: Feed prepared
Wk5.1) Day 39: Topping and more LST.
Wk5.3) Day 41: Defoliation started. Only the 3 largest leaves, covering lower sites, removed.
Wk5.5) Day 43: Tucked largest fan leaves to expose smaller sites to the light. More defoliation in a few days.
Wk5.7) Day 45: Feeding Solutions prepared.
Wk6.1) Day 45: Fed plant, continued with LST.
Wk6.3) Day 47: Defoliation (only 3 leaves)
Wk6.4) Day 48: 1L feed. Plant taking more water and growing nicely.
Wk6.5) Day 49: Soon into flowering stage.
Wk7.2) Day 53: Flowering!
Wk7.4) Day 55: 2L feed prepared.
Wk7.5) Day 56: HAPPY 420!
Wk7.6) Day 57: Added a small fan in grow space for better air circulation. Heavy defoliation also done.
Wk7.7) Day 58: Feed solution prepared for next week. 6L solution total.
Wk12.1) Day 87: Trichomes were checked with microscope. Mostly cloudy. One or two amber trichomes on biggest buds.
Wk12.2) Day 88: Flushed
Wk12.3) Day 89: Leaves tips starting to show deficiencies.
Wk12.5) Day 91: More amber trichomes on main bud sites.
Wk12.6) Day 92: Last defoliation done. 48hr Darkness next.
