So this is going to be my first auto indoor grow and I'm excited to see how it goes. There is going to be 3 different strains growing in this tent but in giving the 3nd plant its own diary. As you can see there in 4.3" pots rite now after jiffy pucks. I know they say you should put them directly into your final pot after the jiffy puck, but this is how I do it with my outdoor autos And they turned out great.
There currently just getting water from my breta because I used fox farm happy frog soil. When I put them into the 2 gal plastic pots I have for them, I'm putting them in fox farm ocean forest soil with 10% perlite added to it. I'll be giving them just straight water for the first while and then stared feeding them with Canna nutrients.
Well that's all for now, happy growing everyone!!!
So the plants has been transferred to a 2gal fabric pot with a 90/10 ocean forest soil and perlite. The soil looks a bit dry in the pics but I just gave it 1L of water with micro biomass. I've got a humidifier in the tent to get the humidity up, but it's lower then I'd like at this stage, seems to be a reoccurring problem for me lol. Jack is definitely the nicer looking one of the two so far. Hope that over the next two weeks that there grow speeds up a bit. Like to do some basic training to them before they start to flower.
Well that's all for now, happy growing everyone
Well this last week as had a nice amount of growth. Plants both got some fiming yesterday to do atleast a bit of training before it goes to flower. That's the one thing I don't like about autos is that its hard to judge how much time you have to train before it goes to flower. Where as with photo seeds you can give yourself as much time as you need.
The fast eddy is growing a bit slower then the Jack Herer plant. Ive got to do a bit of rearrange in the tent sometime in the next few days. Make some room for when they start to grow. I had picked up a few saucers for them to set on but I had gotten the wrong size lol. I was still thinking of using them because it give them some lower airflow on the lower sides/bottom of the fabric pots.
Well that's all for now so happy growing!!!
So the plants look like there about to start flowering, Started to see hairs on the fast eddy plant about 2 days ago and then on the Jack Harer plant today. That's a lot quicker then the last few autos by about 2 weeks. Of course they were outside so size didn't matter but these two are in a small 2x3 tent with a 3nd plant so staying small isn't a bad thing.
Going to start feeding them green planet GP3 with a few of there additives. Going g to keep giving it microbio mass ones a week to.
Well that's all for these plants so happy growing everyone
So the fast eddy is clearly looking like it's a lot further along then 1 week into flower. The Jack Harer is also a bit further along to, but not ad far as the fast eddy.
The feed mix is split between 3 plants and the microbio mass is only feed ones a week. And each plant gets 2-3 cups a day depending on how dry the soil is.
I've got a exhale bag in the tent to help increase Co2 levels but I'm not 100% sure how much it's adding to the tent. The duct fan only turns on ones every 2 to 3 hours and I have one 4" muffin fan in one of the lower duct holes pulling in fresh air.
Well that's all for now. Happy growing everyone.
So the fast eddy plant decided to jump up in size the last week and added about 4 extra inches to its height and has more of a original grow style to it while the Jack Harer bushed out and has more of a even canopy to itself. Both plants are in flower by atleast 2-3 weeks and have really good healthy looking structures. First time running autos in a tent so wasn't 100% sure how they well turn out and so fair I am happy.
I increased the ppm levels for the plants and also increased how much water they're getting. The Jack Harer especially was drying out fast, probably because it gets more wind from the fan then the rest.
Well that's all for now, happy growing everyone.
So the Jack Herer plant is taking up atleast half yhe tent now but there is almost no see able trenchomes forming on it. The fast eddy on the other hand has a fair amout growing on it but is atleast half its size. The fan in the lower section of the tent might be to blame for some of this. It's drying out the Jack Harer pot really fast because it's dead center. Where as the fast eddy is taking longer to dry out. I think next grow I'm going to do something crazy and use autopots in this tent lol should be interesting lol.
Well that's all for now. Happy growing everyone
Man that Jack Harer plant has taken over this tent. The fast eddy is still doing good but the 3nd plant in the tent (fast bud mimosa cake) isn't get much of any space. Starting to see a few red hairs on the fast eddy but the Jack Herer looks like it still has a ways to go before it's done. Might ended up flushing the fast eddy and mimosa cake plants and letting this Jack Herer go a it longer.
Well that's all for now so happy growing everyone
Well the Jack Harer has officially taken over the tent lol the fast eddy and mimosa cake have been over ran and have little to no room lol. I've started getting everything started so I can start flushing. Going to give then one more week of nutrient and then flush for 2 weeks. So far I've really loved the results from Green planet nutrients and how it doesn't put a massive hole in my wallet. The fast eddy might not be branching out as massively as the Jack bit it's got a few really fat nugs on it. Already started putting together everything I'll need for the next run. Watering system (tires of hand watering) better light and installed of doing multiple strains, just doing 1 strain but 2 plants.
Well that's all for now guys so happy growing!!!
Did a leaf strip at the start of the week to help increase air flow and a bit more canopy light to the lower sections. After I finished the amount of light the was now able to reach the lower section was a lot. At the start of the week I started to scope and saw roughly 30% milky and the rest were clear. Then when I scoped today I was shocked to see that it was now probably closer to 90% milky and 10% amber. Soooo started flushing starting today lol.
Well that's all for now so happy growing everyone!!!
Well the plants are 8 days into flush, another 6 more to go then harvest time. The trenchomes are getting close to where I like them to be. I'm excited to see how it smokes because from what ive tried of autos so far from stuff I've grown (outdoor only so far, this is the first autos I've grown indoors) and stuff others have grown, it's always under performed compared to photo plants I've grown.
Well that's all for now, happy growing everyone!!!
Been flushing for just over 2 weeks now and the plants are both at different stages. The Jack Harer has absorbed most of the nutrients out of the leaves now and is basically ready to come down but the fast eddy is just starting to absorb the nutrients in the leaves, guess it had a lot of build up. Going to give them both 2 more days and then I'm going to cut them down. Think Wednesday night or maybe Thursday night.
Well that's all for now so happy growing everyone
This plant straight up high jacked 80% of the tent from the other two plants in it lol. She looks amazing and the coles are colorful. But there not very sticky and I can't really smell them. Be interesting to see how it smokes. Happy growing everyone!!!
So this is the first CBD plant I have grown. I'm not sure how well it's going to turn out because it ended up being fairly small due to the Jack Herer taking over the tent. I might start up another one to grow outdoor soon to see how it turns out.
Happy growing everyone
