I have the most successful germinations with using warm water, and Scarification. Sometimes it might take 36 hours but I almost have a super high success rate on popping the seed to sprout.

@spyder, definitely check out my 2nd grow dairy, I have 3 ladies in week 9 - 10 weeks. I will start flowering around week 12, hoping to get at least 3 oz a plant.😁
