I will switch to bloom nutrients once they slow down with uptake and don’t require as much nitrogen. - Worked on top-off bucket system. Drilled a second drain in the top-off bucket so now each reservoir (two RDWC systems running in parallel sharing top-off bucket) will be connected directly instead of a tee fitting. Installed water line to float vales in the reservoir. - Installed carbon filter. - Added 7ml of AN Coco Grow A+B with 2L RO water in a water bottle, shook and poured into the reservoir. Before Dosage: PPM: 600 PH: 5.5 After Dosage: PPM: 650 PH: 5.6 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 51 (Apr 24, 2022) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Air: Temp: 77F (Day) / 68F (Night) Humidity: 54% (Day) / 50% (Night) Water: PPM: 620 Temp: 68F/74F PH: 5.5 - Top off bucket leaking where it connects to float valve. Began leaking this afternoon due to a drip. Had to cut the plastic tarp under the reservoir (and tent) as the water was under the plastic (so much for that - getting a custom tarp made for the next run). - Got the fitting for the top-off float valve tightened down even more with pliers but I may have to add some Teflon tape if it persists. - Tucked some leaves, but didn’t train much today. All bud sites seem well placed at the moment. - Water temp got up into mid-seventies because I had to move the portable AC to work on top-off. - Removed HEPA filter off intake for better airflow. (Still using one filter at the tent intake). - Started daily regimen of giving 8ml of AN Sensizym enzymes. - She’s definitely has a wide look to her. Not much defoliation is needed, with the exception of a few light-blocking fan leaves. - No nutrients today as PPM is over 600 still. Target is 650 when ppm drops to 600. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 52 (Apr 25, 2022) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Air: Temp: 77F (Day) / 67F (Night) Humidity: 50% (Day) / 47% (Night) Water: PPM: 590/650 Temp: 70F PH: 5.6 - Removed heater and installed dehumidifer - hooked to ink bird controller for lights out as the plants are transpiring more now as they begin to drink noticeably. - Set humidity value on ink bird controller to be more in line with a hybrid veg/flower VPD. - Added 8ml of AN Sensizym (daily enzymes) with 500ml RO water in a water bottle, shook, and poured into the reservoir. - Added 7ml of AN Coco Grow A+B with 500ml RO water in a water bottle, shook and poured into the reservoir. It’s definitely Marathon and not the Outlier Z plants in the parallel two-site system. - Noticeable trichome development starting. - Spent a minute training the branches to ensure each has its own space to swell; most were already in a pretty good location. - Added 8ml of AN Sensizym (daily enzymes) with 500ml RO water in a water bottle, shook, and poured into the reservoir. - Added 7ml of AN Coco Grow A+B with 500ml RO water in a water bottle, shook, and pour into the reservoir. I'll need to disassemble, add some Teflon tape, and reinstall when I find the time. - Keeping humidifiers full. - Kicked down the fans a bit because I’m only able to reach about 47% RH with two humidifiers, but had no problem reaching 70% earlier in growth. I’m in a new residence so it could be something with the ambient air in room/outside as spring arrives in Ontario. I’ve also reconfigured the placement of the humidifiers when I installed the dehumidifier a few days ago which could be part of the issue. - Upping nutrient concentration today a bit and see if she likes it. The tip burn was pretty minor from a couple of weeks ago. - Added 8ml of AN Sensizym (daily enzymes) with 500ml RO water in water bottle, shook and poured into the reservoir. - Added 10ml of AN Coco Grow A+B with 500ml RO water in a water bottle, shook, and poured into the reservoir.
