Planted 1 GG4, 1 Bruce Banner and 1 Girl Scout Cookies Extreme by ILGM(ILGM.com) from the Super Mix Auto Pack directly in coco coir, worm castings and 2tbsp/gallon of Dr. Earths organic all purpose 4-4-4 fertilizer. Watered small amount at seed site covering with 1 gallon Ziploc bags to increase humidity levels. I had the P2000 at 30" and the TC-450 at 12-14" Seedlings broke ground just after 48hrs. I raised the TC-450 to 30" and removed the bags right away which i probably shouldnt have. They could have used the bags a little longer cause the shells took a while to actually come off.

GSCE is making crazy gains. The BB has also started to pack on great weight but much more bushy and has passed the GG4 in both size and appetite. As for the GG4 for not sure why she slowed down for a little while but as of today(Day30) she is starting to strech out more like the GSCE. The rando bag seed is starting to really take off as well noticed small pistils starting just a couple of days ago. Bumped the watts up to 290w(85%) probably wont go any higher. 4/11 Week 5 has ended and im more then pleased with the results so far being that this is my very first time growing. The GG4 has shown the most growth these past couple of days as far as the autos go. The bag seed on the other hand had streched at least 8" in less than 1 week. If anyone has any suggestions, tips, criticism whatever ill take any and all of it.

This week the GSCE hasnt really done much strechin but buds are filling in nice and starting to get sticcckkyyy. There isnt much smell coming from the llant but trimmed LARF smelt very fruity. Both the BB and GG4 have outgrown the GSCE by far with the BB actually being the largest. The BB could use a little more lollipopping i believe but dont wanna over do it. GG4 has lots of bud sites as well but has a lot more airflow. Have just basically been doing minor leaf stripping when needed.

The tent is full!!! The girls are filling in nice. GSCE is getting frostier by the day. BB and GG4 are continuing to surprise me. I had to raise the lights up a bit more looking a little light burn on some tips. 2x2 with rando seed has filled out nice and the buds are sticky as hell. The BB and GG4 are starting to stack up and the GSCE is really showing its colors now.

Would you guys guess the yellowing on these leaves is more natural coloration from genetics or do you guys see something more? Plant is definately small but seems to be healthy and buds keep growing.

I'm not seeing anything at all that causes concern... she could just be getting ready to end her life! And I don't think she's terribly short since you've done a lot of LST on her which keeps her short. Indica dominant autos WILL be short. Grow looks good - those buds look amazing! Good job!

Plant is isolated in a 2x2. This thing seems to be packin on frost. Is it ever worth it to let a plant nanner to get some seeds? Its a random "Gorilla Glue" bag seed. Or am i just pissin in the wind. Ur thoughts and input on trichs and buds is much appreciated

Seeds take 4-6 weeks to mature, meaning by the time any bananas are produced, the plant will be ready for harvest and there will be no time left for self pollination and for seeds to grow before the plant dies. The bananas could be collected and used to pollinate a different female, but the amount of pollen obtained from bananas produced at the end of a plants life is miniscule, making the whole operation very, very difficult and I would say, pointless.

Here is one of the 1st leaves from the GSCE's life "Scars" and all. Has anyone thought about or actually purposefully let some of the 1st growth grow til harvest as kind of a timeline to look back and see what the plant has eventually overcome? Thanks for feeding my high thoughts

Anyone have experience using wood ash as a substitute for Dolomite Lime? I burn wood for heat so i know its only wood ash(no cardboard paper etc) i sifted. Ive read articles saying it can be added no more than 1tbsp/1g of medium. Soil ph is too low any suggestions? more below⬇️⬇️

microbial life, bokashi any kind of life in soil keeps it in the right pH. I never care about pH, I never had problem about pH, just add life to the soil.

@DissNoof The PH of 5.7 apply to Hydro growing only. For soil growing is somewhere between 6.2-6.5 optimal. Just U know

hey there midwest, at 6.5 your pH is actually quite high , you should be around 5.7 for optimals , so what you really want to do is use fluvic acid which should make sure you're in the right pH bracket. Either that or actually use something like trichoderma harzianium and beneficial bacteria. that will actually buffer your medium in a sustainable way . Hope this helps ! 🚀

I was planning on doing a dry trim but with the storm came humidity. Trying to do a combo or wet and dry cutting away extra green to keep it from developing any moisture build up
