Soaked seeds in water for 24 hours, then moved them to paper towel in a Tupperware container for 1-2 days until 1/2 inch tap root.
They were then planted in 4 inch pots with reused and re-amended soil.
After a week I transplanted 6 into 10 inch 3 gallon pots with pro mix.
I had a couple seedlings showing signs of root rot but when I transplanted they had already corrected themselves and have plenty of very white roots. Problem was caused by my watered the seedlings probably a day or two earlier than I should have, not a huge deal.
I am pheno hunting the BBM first to keep a mother and a father for breeding stock, as well as pheno hunting a mom and a dad of greenroom, which is a CBD strain, 12/14%.
Planning on doing a seed run for blueberry and then making some crosses as well, with greenroom, as well as one of my own moms of a different cultivar.
@love_2_grow, thanks a lot. I am technically new to this community on GD, but to tell you the truth I’ve been lurking on here for quite a while. Good to be here though for sure
@DaGrowQueen, thanks a lot, it’s my hobby, along with my medicine. Soon I will be taking multiple cuttings from each plant and they will be growing in coco on the flood table and put into flower so I will be able to fully document each cultivars entire growth cycle. Then I will be able to make an educated decision on which ones to keep for breeding stock. Cheers.
