First signs of pistils in previous week, day 25. Light schedule flipped on day 21. Very slight signs of CalMag deficiency spotted on day 29 (flowering day 4) so a light application of CalMag was applied and will continue in order to support nutrient transfer and root health. The plants both responded well and look very healthy.
It's during this week that my suspicion was confirmed--I accidentally mixed up one lemon haze with one lamb's breath. Photos from the following week will show the correct plants together. The rapid budding on the lemon haze (left in the photos) and the shape of the buds quickly made me realize the mix-up. With very careful maneuvering, I was able to switch the plants and it's responding very well. Updates next week!
Looking great! She's getting regular feedings of bloom nutrients and CalMag and looking happy and healthy. She's growing really tall, hoping buds start to fatten up soon before we lose headroom!
This week has been very nutrient focus. She began to show signs of potassium deficiency so bloom nutrients + CalMag were applied to provide beneficial bud-fattening nutrients and to help keep her lush and strong for a few more weeks of flowering. Lots of bud sites, smell is developing nicely with lots of topical notes. I'm a little worried about the distance to light as I don't want to bend any stalks, but fingers crossed!
Big week! Clear signs of potassium deficiency meant a double-dosage of bloom nutrients. Topping has proved to be very effective and she has a ton of bud sites. I did a little defoliation, applied CalMag and added a new regimen of Lotus Bloom Pro Series towards the end of the week. She's looking happy, healthy and unbothered by the defoliation. Keeping an eye on the temperature, I need these buds to be tighter than the previous batch.
Heavy nutrients week! She's showing clear signs of CalMag deficiency and because I've been going very light with the nutrients, I've doubleed-up on everything so that we can keep her healthy and happy throughout the last few weeks of flowering. Buds are growing but not as fast as they're getting frosty. This one is already looking better than the previous grow, can't wait for those buds to get a little heavy!
