This is the beginning of my first ever grow, a friend and I decided to built a jankey little set up and give it a shot. Placed the seed in paper towel moistened with distilled water. Sprouted tail within 48 hours, planted in fox farm ocean forest popped in 2 days.

I should note that at the time of making this diary I’m already at the beginning of week 9 of flower but it is was such a successful learning process that I decided I wanted to share it here. I’m going through my personal notes sharing the process I documented along the way.

Don’t have any frame of reference seeing as I’ve never grown before but this strain is a beast. Not the biggest plant but nice and bushy.

Bottom fan leaves started to fade, I panicked and immediately convinced myself that it needed more nutes. Gave it an extra tea, plant got light nute tips and the fade continued. After some research I found out this happens a lot with this strain.

Purple comin in on flower leaves! Plants are sick. Stopped nutes and started the flush for the last couple weeks, I regret that now I think it could have gone a couple more weeks.

I’m so impressed with this plant, there’s definitely some things I’d do differently but as a first grow im pretty damn proud of the results thus far. Cant wait to smoke it.

This has been such an incredible learning experience, back in December a friend and I got bored and decided to build a tent with some scraps in my garage and a single CFL in a reptile heat lamp 🤦‍♂️and try and grow the seeds I had been sitting on for a few years. The cfl broke almost immediately and poor little lato spent the first few days of her life in the dark waiting for a cheap led from Amazon. At the beginning of this grow we had no idea what we were doing and honestly no faith we could grow anything but mid bud but it was just abt the experience. Both of us spent most of our days researching and learning about cannabis and organic growing. We ended up deciding on a small company called Dragonfly earth medicine and used their full line of bacteria based nutes/supplements (radiant green, fat flowers, brilliant black, lush roots and natural Mystik) to make teas with worm castings and molasses. I wet trimmed a couple nugs just to see what I prefer seeing as I’ve never done this before. Got everything hung up in her tent with the exhaust fan on the lowest setting. Hopefully everything goes well. I know I started this diary late but thank you guys for all the support if you have any questions or feel like I’m missing anything feel free to reach out.
