Took over 8 weeks to start flowering it would be over 40" tall but I had to pull down the top 5 inches to keep it from getting too close to the light. Its been a little picky about the nutrients I use so ive had to I had to back off a little untill it got bigger and stronger but it has responded really well. Thinking I will have a nice harvest from thia plant!
Is it okay to still perform LST during flowering? I've Been doing some very minor defoliation on tiny bud sites down low that aren't getting any light. I want to tie down some more branches but I also don't want to stress it too much at this stage. Just one week into flowing.
Personally I Lst Heavy untill week 4. Week 4 I loosen the ties so that the plant does not get stressed from tension(will create purple stems). Week 5-6 of flower I only LST to get a bit more air flow and to get light to the popcorn buds if i feel its to late to cut them off. Week 6-7 the LST should not be to tense. I dont usually LST past week 8 unless it's a strain that takes a while to finish

Put some plant ties on those rings to lightly open the plant up. 😅 I actually just came up with it and i think its an awesome idea so I'd love if you would help me out by trying it out and leaving a review or sharing it with people who may be able to use it.
Your plants have a lot of buds towards the bottom so I would definetly do a LIGHT LST just to open up the middle canopy. Awesome Grow. Lots of Health

Performed a little more lst this week but not much. Cut off a few lower bud sites that weren't going to be worth keeping on there. This particular plant has taught me some good things about growing autos that i can take to the future grows. Bud sites developing nicely!
Buds are filling in nicely however it really isn't developing much trichomes. Kinda bumbed about that. Doesn't smell at all either. Nearly 6 weeks in flower and I thought it would be looking better by now. Overall the plant looks healthy too me and it's bulked up a lot. Especially for an auto. It will definitely have a nice yield. I guess time will tell how good it turns out.
hey there Valleywest, truth is you cant trust a breeder's advertised timelines for shit. plenty of different variables go into it, but basically they might not be growing in soil at all when they test them and other environmental conditions that will be different than yours. Overall i would say it's probably just marketting and has no basis in reality. The only thing you can do and should do is to go off the trichomes and that's it. Usually you can expect 8 weeks of flowering on an auto though, sometimes even more. Hope this helps ! 🚀
Definitely learned some things with my first run of autos. Mainly to not grow autos indoors. The timing is incredibly inconsistent and you just have no control over it. I will only be growing autos outdoor in the future. Second I learned I need to train early very early. This perticular plant seemed to like it stretched twice. After the first time it didn't grow or do anything for about a month. Then it double in size and finally went into flower. It took 113 days to finish. We will see how final product turns out after cure.

I'm currently growing this strain and it's chop day on Saturday. One pointer if I can advise mate get supports for the buds mate they get heavy as fk lol
My plant actually snapped and nearly ended up two plants she is that heavy lol
@Green_fiend, yeah that's a good look. I was thinking that the other day I just haven't put any in yet. Will probably get them in within the next couple weeks before they buds fill out
good stuff ! i think i have one of these in my tent right now from a 5 "mix pack autos" i grabbed for the bogo deal they were having. definitely agree with you on the lack of trichomes. im on week 9 and they are starting to catch up but nowhere near my gorilla zkittlez lol
