Started with the glass of water technique and then after 18-24hrs I will place either in a paper towel or peat pellet pre-soaked with Starter Soak. Only germinating one seed because I am planning on doing SCROG.

Germination was a success, now its time to start this baby. I'll be feeding her with a spray bottle with a water mixed with some of the starter soak for the next week or so until she's ready to be transplanted into her forever home. Which will be a fabric mars hydro 20L pot and then I will most likely commence a feeding schedule of 5 days of morning nutes feeds and then 2 days of plain water to flush any excess nutes out. Thank you to everyone who has commented and is keeping an eye on this one 🤙🤙

Hello everyone, I have a 60x60x140cm tent and I'm using a 20L/5gal pot and a 600w LED. I was wondering with each growth stage what distance should I keep my lights from the top of my plant? Currently for my seedling I've got it at 38" and I have about 10" more space to go up.

Joooo. 600W (real) watts in a 60x60 is overkill!! A 600W HPS is good for 1.2m2 and 400W for 1m2. Around 150-250W will fit a 60x60. The light mostly has a PAR map. This, together with the hanging height will give you an idea about how high the light should be. Look at internet for how much PAR a plant need in every stage.

I haven't started feeding her a complete nutrient schedule just yet I'm waiting for her to get a bit bigger than I'll start nute feedings. I plan on topping the plant in the future as well doing so LST and I've got a trellis to do a scrog setup. Stay tuned for more updates over the coming days, weeks and months. 🤙🤙

The last few days I've noticed the leaves wilting, I let the soil dry out abit at first because I thought I had given too much water but then last night I watered it with ph 6.3 run off 5.0-5.5 and the leaves still haven't sprung up. Is there something I've done or can do to fix?

Your growing in coco.your having ph troubles and moisture troubles. Coco stays wet all the time. Ph in and ph out 5.8 in vegging. Flowering 6.2. Anything above or below those 2 marks the roots will be in lock out. Thus plant consumes itself to survive. I been growing autos in coco for some time. You can not overwater in coco perlite mix. Unless under a 24/7 stream of water and left in run off. My guess is ph, then light intensity, and possibly nutrition. A really low run off means it is too strong. Once you get your ph right in coco your nutrition will hold your ph value if in right amounts. Too strong ph drops. Too much ph rises in your run off anyway. Coco is hydro in a potter if that makes sense.

So last week I started to notice the leaves drooping and the plant starting to stunt a bit, at first I thought it could've been overwatering so I left it until it the top had dried out and was dry about 1 inch deep. I then feed her some water mix with the starter soak and then ph tested it to around 5.8-6.2 area ( I only have a tube and color chart for now ) then watered her till some run off came out the bottom which I tested, was around 5.5 and I assumed that she would bounce back but no and now the bottom leaves are slightly yellowing. If anyone knows how I can fix this and get this back to a healthy thriving plant please comment or dm me I definitely could use the help. Thank you

Looking much better this week, her growth increased 3" and will continue to grow (I hope). I'm currently waiting on some twist ties to come so I can start doing some LST and then once she's a bit bigger maybe next week, I'm planning on topping her. If anyone has any advice feel welcome to comment or even dm me. Thank you and stay tuned everybody 🤙

This week is starting off with a bang, leaves are getting nice and big. There is a smell starting to form and it smell lovely, nothing distinctive yet but I know it'll come. As you can see from the photos I've start with some LST and over the next few days I'll be topping her. I'm so excited to watch this baby grow. Stay tuned everybody.

Everything is continuing to go well, got a ph and ec tester arriving soon so I'll be able to do more accurate readings instead of using a color chart. The smell is definitely stronger than last week but still nothing I can think of. I'll probably give her another couple of weeks then put her into flower as well having a scrog net set up. Any advice is more than welcomed. Thank you and stay tuned. 🤙🤙

Its going good so far, did some defoliating the other day to let those lower branches receive more light and extend up to make and even canopy. My trellis net is just some cheap net that came with the tent but I'll still give it a go. If not I don't mind, my next grow I might get a proper one. Currently looking at buying a Grow Candy Heat Bar especially cause these colder nights are just not helping. Lights on temp is 20°c which is definitely under what I'd prefer (22°-28°). Looking at getting one next week so hopefully she'll be alright for another week. Thank you for listening and everyone enjoy their day. Stay tuned. 🤙🤙

Everything is going great, loving how this girl has gone since those first few weeks where I thought there was going to be a major problem. Decided to flip into flower because I'm currently running out of tent space so I'm happy with the height rn so I'm flipping. I'm looking at about 12 tops. I'm not gonna do the trellis net it's kinda flimsy so I'll just do that on my next grow when I buy a proper one.

She's coming along wonderful. She's staring to get a nice even canopy which is what I want. I did try and put it the scrog net but it was just too big and then after curing it down to fit it just wasn't tight enough. Next grow I'll look into a better setup with a net. So far I've only had a few heads showing signs of pistils. I've started feeding my flower nutes so hopefully they change that soon.

Beautiful smell has developed and everutime I open the tent I'm hit with a sweet berry smell. I don't think she's grown in height anymore which I'm thankful for, now the weight shall be put on. Some branches look like they won't be able to support heavy buds so I'll definitely get some hangers or ties to make sure they don't fall over or break. Stay tuned and thank you all for your knowledge, wisdom and support ❤️🤙

Bud formation is coming along nicely and everything is starting to frost up quite nice, I could only imagine how frosty she'll get by harvest. Decided to up the nutrients by around 0.5-1ml. Probably looking at a 9-10 weeks for harvest but we will see further down the line how she's looking.

Not much too add this week besides smell is increasing and the buds are feeling greasy instead of sticky. Extraction is supposed to be quite good with this plant so I'll definitely keep that in mind once I get myself a press, still got 9 more beanies of this left plus 3-4 more other strains.

Buds are super frosty and smell unbelievable. There's still at least 4 more weeks so I can't wait to see the end product. Started to add in extreme boost now which is a powder formula designed to make them nugs chunky 👌

This morning I've decided to give the plant a feed with some nutrients which I'm applying at 1/4 strength and making sure my ph is around 5.8. Hopefully by next week the plant has gotten bigger and I can give her a top.

After 2 days the tap root was starting to push through the bottom of the peat pellet, so I decided to put her into her forever home. I then gave her 2 caps of starter soak just as the lights had come on. After another week we should see some explosive growth. Stay tuned!🤙

After 12 hours the seed had cracked in the water and I decided to transfer it to some paper towel. So far it has come out a bit so I think tomorrow I will plant it in the peat pellet and get it under the light.

Hey there friend. Would you be alright with me offering some pointers to help? So cannabis plants LOVE heat and humidity. It is the buds that hate it. In veg we want to take advantage of this fact to help our plants grow along much quicker and more vigorously. In veg we can look for temps of 79-84 MAX with lights on & no more than 9 degrees less with lights off. If we allow for too much temperature swing between lights on and lights off while the plant is still growing vertically up to day 20 of flower, We will cause the plant to stretch ALOT which we do not want. So in veg & early flower, Keeping our temperature gaps nice and close between lights on and off is key. Utilizing humidity in our rooms during veg will also help out a lot with more rapid growth but we must introduce it properly. In our rooms we have our temperature and humidity set-points, But when we combine those 2 it forms a third set-point which is the most important & that is called VPD, Vapor pressure deficit. I strongly recommend every new grower or old grower who has not learned it yet, To study and understand it & implement it into your room, Logging your numbers daily. https://cerescann.com/importance-of-measuring-vpd/ For soil, We generally want to go for a PH of 6.1 This website does a GREAT job of illustrating it with a nice graph & very good detailed explanation for soil. https://autoflowerseedshop.com/cannabis-ph-chart-guide/ As we briefly touched on before, During veg & early flower we want our temperature gap's nice and tight to avoid stretch. Why exactly our plants stretch in response to this is a genetic trigger being activated by the environmental stress essentially telling the plant the end of the season is closer than it really is. In veg & early flower the plant is still in its first stage of development which is to grow up wide and tall so when it produces seed, It can cast them out nicely. Remember, Whether we are growing our plants for seed or bud their genetic responses do not change as they do not know any different. Once the plant has finished that first stage of growth by weeks 4-6 of flower with most strains, It is by day 20 of flower. Autoflowers you have to watch for it, But once the plant has finished this goal its new mission is to focus 100% on producing nice big flower clusters & to get very sticky so it can attract pollen to it successfully. So once that vertical growth is finished, We actually now want to begin to expose our plants to larger temperature swings between lights on and lights off. This will help activate that genetic response and allow us to draw out the most potential from the strain utilizing the plants genetic triggers to environmental stresses at the right times. We can also take this a step further with doing light deprivation in the last 2 weeks using less light to simulate cloud cover. Very cold feed temps on the last flush is very good too. If you do not have them already, Get yourself a good PAR meter & thermal laser temp gun to monitor your plant top temperatures & optimize how much light your plants are getting. One final thing, A fully mature cannabis plant @ peak consumption in flower, Or group of plants needs to consume 3gallons of water in 24hrs to produce 1 dry pound of cannabis. This equation holds true all the way up & it can be 1 plant or 100 plants but to produce each dry pound that plant or group of plants will need to consume 3 gallons in 24hrs. That equation will be true all the way up, 6 gallons in 24hrs your plant or plants will produce 2lbs dry, and so on. A general mistake made early on by growers is not watering the plants with enough for them to yield the way they should. We are currently in the middle of producing a very comprehensive tutorial series for everybody to learn from & understand how to grow the highest level craft cannabis all on their own. Our first 2 installments are focusing on the basic fundamentals and we are using autoflowers for them before moving onto more advanced series with photoperiods. If you should ever have any questions or need any help, Please feel free to follow my profile and shoot me a DM.
