My first ever auto flower grow. My set up is very basic.
Seeds germinated great under the LEDs.
3 plants in 7 gals Fab pots.
Used fox farm ocean blend and a basic all purpose 5.4.5 blend in the beginning with Cal/mag.
Plants seems to have vegged for longer than I've read.
I have one tall slanky one a short thick bushy one and a thin medium one.
Since I noticed flower in about week 7 I've been using Humboldt secrets Flower stacker at 1ml and seen a small boost. Will increase to get a better stacking.
Well from all the descriptions this is going longer than I expected. Maybe it's the pot size I read bigger pots can stretch out time.i bought the 3 part Humboldt nutrients and started using the bloom to see if I could stretch it out some more but I think the heat did it's damage. Changed the lights to 18hrs to better control the heat and started adding frozen water bottles ( It Works) to control temp. I also bought a microscope and most of all the trichomes are still clear so I'mma just let them fly.
This week was about the same.got cooler weather that helped.Started flushing the taller one, it's not going to get any bigger and I need the space. Trichomes are mixed with a little more milky so fuc it.. funny how it's the Same strain popped one day apart and so much difference. The smaller one seems to be starting to start flowering seriously. Gonna keep feeding for this week and see how she comes. Great first time experience.
Week was interesting. Took down the bigger cheese because it was just doing nothing. All trichomes were cloud maybe early but hea I needed room. The other cheese just started flowering out of nowhere so we'll see what happens there. Been feeding every couple days and that seems to be the time for them. Trying to feed at dark and keep the temperature down. Buds harvested doesn't smell or taste like anything but a test saw it's pretty good. Gonna just leave it in a jar and see what it do n a couple weeks. Until next time.
Well this was my first tent grow. Had 3 plants but one died. The heat was a big issue during the whole grow. I figured out some tricks to fight it but I think the stress was already done.
Soil was another difficult thing to work with in a tent. Definitely know I was over watering so basically most of the problems were caused by me..it had no smell or taste but had some couch lock effect.
Next grow will be soilless Coco coir in 5 gal pots and I'll see if that works better.
Have one more cheese so until then stay smoking.
As I said before. This is a great learned experience for me. I noticed all my mistakes and have adjusted as I go. Not as much as I'd hoped for in the first plant but hea it's dried and was smokable so that alone is a win lol..
Until next harvest stay smoking my friends..
Yep, we're definitely growing the same plant!
You have the same long skinny leaves! Mine is growing SUPER tall and way taller than the other plant in the tent that I've been LST'ing since transplanting so I just bent the top 6" or so over as of Week 3 flowering. I'm hoping that provides a bit more light exposure to the sides of the stalk so that it can fill out a bit.
Goodluck with the tail end of the grow, I'll be sure to keep watching!
@CptDong,bro the heat has had a toll on mine. I just started putting frozen gallon jugs to help. I thought that the flower was shorter looks like if done right it could go for 13 or 14 weeks.. I learned a lot from this one.
@BudStinkWeed,bro it's a auto. I never dealt with one B4. This was very simple set up I didn't have any veg newts only used a 5-4-5 all purpose blend then started using flower stacker and just got some golden tree.
