Just started the QCS Quebec blue in the sunstream 2’x2’x56” tent. Started 4 for the outdoors and am looking forward to how these do. I did 4 QCS diesel plants outdoors and really enjoyed them. I was intrigued by the Quebec blue and am interested in how it flowers. All plants have sprouted from the soil in 3 days light was turned up to 50% and is on 24h until the seedlings become established.

All 4 QCS Quebec Blue seeds popped after 3 days. I was very impressed with the QCS grand daddy purp I did in the past, and did 4 of the QCS Diesel plants last year and was impressed with the results. This year I chose Quebec blue for the outdoors it is a cross between Blue Fire and Grand daddy purp. With a expected October harvest we will see how it does. I start these indoors until they are established and move them to the outdoor buckets. I like to get them decently established inside the tent and move them outdoors when they are a bit bigger. I’m using promix HP with 1/3 worm castings. Feeding on Diablo nutrients based on their feeding calculator once the seedlings become established. For now the seedlings are just being fed ph balanced water and lots of foilar feedings as well.

All 4 Quebec blue seeds from QCS popped and have all started forming their first sets of leaves. All the plants have seem to caught up to each other and are doing well under the viparspectra xs1000. In a couple more weeks when they have established their roots I will transplant them outside to their larger containers. I started them in 3 litre containers as I wasn’t sure on how much they would grow inside and wanted to reduce the number of times transplanted. They have only been foilar feed dakine420 foilar science at a .018g in 500ml. They had no negative reactions and with the first set of leaves established I’ll start to move over to some Diablo nutrients during this coming week and continue foilar feeding. After these move outside I’ll either start a dr.seeds king tut autoflower in the tent or the rams widow I got from dr.seeds. I’m excited to see how the Quebec blue do outside and how much they yield during flower. The description says they develop great colours so hoping to see the traits and maybe make a clone cutting.

The QCS Quebec Blue is looking great with tight internodes and is starting to have lower growth. Because these are all going outdoors I’ve started some defoliation and raising the light higher to induce a little more stretch before topping at the 4th node. They have been eating well and I just started on the Diablo Nutrient feeding schedule. Plants have responded well and am looking forward to see the growth when they are planted outside. My indoor lights are pretty close to the timing of natural light in my area. Once again I’m very impressed with QCS and am a fan of their Gran daddy purp and enjoyed growing one indoor so can’t wait to see how this grab daddy purp x blue fire goes outdoors.

The QCS Quebec blue is looking great, tight internodes and great structure. The plants already have a slight dank to them when the tent is opened. They were topped this week at the 4th node. I also experimented with defoliation ideas to see what works best. 1 plant hasn’t been defoliated at all, two of the plants on the back have just their single leaf and 3 leaf leaves removed, the 4th plant I removed the set of bottom and 3 leaves plus the bigger fans off the node below the one I topped. Diablo feedings following through well I find this is the time when the plants explode on growth as they should be outside some time soon.

Well big week for the Quebec blues, they have been moved outside for the season. The roots were nice and root bound so hoping for a big explosion once they touch the fresh promix hp and 1/3 worm castings mixture. All the Quebec blues were topped the one in the front row on the left side had two extra side toppings as side branches were equal with the top. These little ladies are stinky already somehow and think they will really enjoy the extra space. They are being foilar fed dakine420 foilar science and Diablo cal-mag is watered in and foilar fed as well. These have taken nutrients well and have very little stretch once they have adjusted to outdoors I’ll continue my defoliation.

The Quebec blue have stretched up around 6-7” this week and spread out quite wide. I started with some LST with stakes and gardening wire to help all the ripped branches get Sun light. So far all plants but the smallest has been topped 3 times each. I’m feeding full nutrients foilar feeding dakine420 foilar science and also foilar feeding Diablo cal mag and fresh water each in between the two. Very excited to see how these QCS Quebec blues do outdoors I was very impressed by their diesel strain I’ve done before.

The QCS Quebec Blue are looking great they have stretched a fair bit. Over the past week I started training them more and added some more stakes to help direct the side branches. It’s been around a week and a half since last topping so I may chose to top the centres again for a last time. I’ve been feeding the Diablo nutrients to the plants and they have responded well. I’ve been foilar feeding to help deliver nutrients as there’s been a few rainy days.

The Quebec blue are doing great outside, they have grown quite a bite compared to last week. Not only are the QCS Quebec Blues seeing lots of vertical growth from the main branches but all the inter oral branching is coming in nicely. I’m feeding Diablo 3 times a week for the main 3 part and cal mag, the monster black and maxxx are feed once a week. And I also alternate foilar feeding with ph balanced water, Dakine420 foilar science and the diabl cal mag. I topped a few of the side branches that were not topped before. I may even top both mains again if they keep up this rate of growth. Overall I’m enjoying this strain I ordered these at the end of last season after I was blown away by the QCS diesel I did outdoors and don’t regret it. We will see how they progress over the season.

All sites have recovered from toppings and plants are more or less equal in height the end plant still needs is side branches topped and that will happen this coming week. Diablo nutrients are doing well the Quebec blues are growing well and hopefully keep this pace up in growth. Feeding 3 times a week with water in between.

The QCS Quebec blue plants are doing well I keep using LST to keep the branches under control. I did a light defoliation this week cleared out a lot of old lead growth on the bottom and cleaned up the tops. It’s been quite rainy in my area so defoliation is key. Watching for PM as I noticed some suspected areas and removed those leaves immediately. They are drinking well and and enjoying their Diablo nutrients. I’m seeing lots of positive growth each week which is why I topped some more side branches and topped the last plant on the rights side side the first time this season as it was lagging in the earlier parts and didn’t need the stress.

The QCS Quebec Blue’s are doing well so far. They have a nice smell already and have had steady growth they are just about at the 6’ mark and still haven’t had their flowering stretch. I’ve been doing light defoliations to keep air flow and future flowering sides from being blocked out or slower growth. I haven’t topped the plants since the last time but think I will leave them for the rest of the season now to fill out. They are being fed Diablo nutrients based on the Diablo feeding calculator x3 a week. Plants are healthy and happy and growth is steady and consistent.

The Quebec blues are doing well they went through a major LST as I added longer stakes and have been giving it weekly light defoliations leading up to flowering. I’ve noticed more pistils forming and have since started feeding Diablo nutrients flowering feed based of their feeding calculator.

The QCS Quebec blues are doing well, I have just been defoliating and adjusting ties as the plants have grown. They have all stretched above 6’ wondering how tall these ladies will get. I’ve been following the Diablo feeding schedule 3x a week only feeding Diablo gold and maxxx weekly and feeding cal mag every feeding during flower. The only defoliation I’ll be doing is to fan leaves blocking flowering sites.

The Quebec Blues are starting to develop more now during flowering I’ll start feeding Diablo nutrients cal mag and monster frost every feeding during flowering. These plants have been growing well and just need defoliations for airflow and flowering sites. I’ve been following diablos feeding calculator 3x a week, and the plants seem to be growing well. Ph is balanced each feeding. I’ll start documenting weekly flower development starting the next week.

The QCS Quebec blues are doing well outside I’ve been pretty impressed with how well this strain has done. Flowering sites are starting to develop nicely. I’ve been feeding the plants based off the Diablo feeding schedule but since flowering have been adding calmag to every feeding. The plants are feeding well and will continue following the Diablo feeding calculator.

The QCS Quebec blues are doing well. Each one is nice and bushy. Defoliations are being done to increase air flow. Other then that defoliations are only done to flowering sites. I’m feeding Diablo nutrients x3 a week using their feeding calculator. I’m feeding cal mag and frost every feeding. Flowering sites are starting to fill in looking forward to seeing what the plants have in store in the following weeks.

Well unfortunately the weather in my area promoted some pm on these beautiful Quebec blue. As a last resort I’m using some sulphur dust to control it. If the plants survive then they will need a wash. Mold has spread to bud but caught it growing on some Fan leaves.
