Cresendo RBx

I’m about to Harvest this plant. I’m still frustrated because I’ve never had one react like this. For instance Check out what she did after over a month of Flowering she started Vegging again. But the leaves were almost smooth and single. Is it a Male? I’m done. This is the 21st Week and the buds are not very big. Lots of small ones. Anyone else experienced this am I harvesting too soon? I need the room she’s taking up.
