I thought I had it under control. I was sooo wrong. It might have been the hottest summer in our history, the dry air (RH constantly under 30°), my newbie mistakes (of course). I don't know, but the results are here. Overnight, a slight presence of little white critters became an infestation. A big one. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the mighty bloody spider mites in all their furious glory. Not much to do about it, I'm afraid. We are at the very end of flowering, so in a couple of days I'll axe it anyway (flushed already, a week ago). And I can't, of course, spray it with pesticide or soap or oil or any other product. The plant is clearly suffering. It doesn't smell at all. Sugar leaves are browning, and on their surface there's no sugar. It looks like a total disaster. I'll try to wash the buds, right after harvest and before drying. But I really don't know if it will help. This one might end in the trashcan.

Hi there. I think I have a big problem: a big spider mites infestation, right before the harvest. Any chance to get rid of them? Napalm maybe?

Just chop it and hang it, the bugs will vacate. Leaving it any much longer and she will be dead, she is over ripe already as it is.....

Hello my fellow grower. You got u some Aphids. They come in different colors. They deposit some varnish like substance that gray and black mold grow from .Clean good ,Aphids, spider mites and mold spores hitchhike on your clothes. There is beneficial 🐝 insects midges pirate bug,but it to late for that. There is beneficial fungi but to late for that.I would say a light Neem,or hot pepper 🌶️ spray.Chili peppers have capsaicin,a compound that makes them hot. We humans like the hotness but Animals, insects not so much. You could buy but you could make yourself even add garlic

Depends on how bad the infestation is. Either cut your losses and disinfect everything or you can try washing your buds when you harvest with peroxide and lemon juice.
