Citrus Skunk, Under the Viparspectra XS 2000.
Placed the seed in a capful of water and soaked overnight, then put the seed in paper towel for two days,
had a small tap, maybe 1.5cm. Then the seed went into a mix of Happy frog soil and pro-mix hp, about half and half.
Took two more days and the seed popped up out of the soil, Life begins👍.. 0 nutes so far just spring water.
Thanks for stopping by👊..
Should be a good one so stay tuned, hoping to fill the tent with the two plants, so I might have to Veg. a little bit longer
than last time. I have new soil mixed and ready for transplant into a bit bigger pot(2L) and then into 7 gal. fabric pots as their final home..
I have the new grow room up and running, 4 tents but only three going right now, here's a few pics..
Easy week.
Started feeding with Emerald Harvest according to the early veg. feed chart..
Keeping the light approx. 36'' above the plants at 70%, so far so good!!!
Thanks for stopping by👊..
See you in a week!!
Today was transplant day, into a mix, about half and half of
happy frog soil and Pro-mix H.P, I sprinkled some Gaia Green 4-4-4
and some Doctor M.J into the soil mixed well and transplanted into
7 gal. fabric pot with a bit of Great White on the roots.
The Viparspectra XS 2000 is doing a great job in the tent, right now about
30 inches above the plant at 60% power, so far so good!!!
Have a Great week!!!
Under the Viparspectra XS 2000, Citrus Skunk!!!
Pretty easy week, I have the light hanging about 3 feet above the plant and she is happy and healthy.
Sticking to the late veg. feed schedule from Emerald Harvest with a watering inbetween every feed, so far so good!!!
I haven't done anything to this plant yet, think I'll just top and train this time, see what happens😏...
Thanks for stopping by👊..
Some pics of my veggie and flower tent, lots of tom. and lots of peppers, all different kinds..
I made a couple of raised beds in the backyard, now that all the frost is gone were all ready to go , just need a bit more soil
and a bit warmer weather..
Under the Viparspectra XS2000 The Citrus Skunk, more than doubling in size in the last week, crazy growth!!
I topped this plant at the beginning of the week, didn't even notice, just kept on growing💪💪...
Following the late veg. feed chart from Emerald Harvest with a plain water between feeds, usually every 3 days
or so because it takes that long for the 7gal. fabric pot to dry out. I have the light at approx. 60% and around 36 inches(90cm) above the plant,
with two lights hanging side x side I don't need to be any closer, she's staying happy and healthy.
Thanks for stopping by👊👊..
Some pics from the veggie tent, I already put a few plants in the greenhouse with a little heater at night, they
seem to be doing good. So one more week and I can put some stuff in the ground.👍.
Hey everybody👊..
It's been a great week with lots of growth, I flipped to flower the other day right after
a heavy training session with these plant benders. What a simple thing, should have got these a long time ago.
No more pins, way easier and you end up with a nice knuckle where you bent the plant, plus you just opened up a few more bud sites.
The plant is already stretching quite abit and I'll be able to move the benders and use them again on the same branch to really widen the plant
and keep an even canopy at the same time.👌👌.
As for the feed schedule, I'm using the transition to flower feed chart from Emerald Harvest with a plain watering inbetween feeds.
I get all my water at a spring that's a couple miles down the road, even for myself to drink, great water, bubbles out of the ground all year long.
The plant is happy and healthy, with the light approx. 30'' away and dialed in at about 70%, ALL IS GOOD!!!!
Thanks for stopping by.
Smok'em if you got'em😄...
Another easy week, I removed the plant benders the other day, these benders create a nice big knuckle right where it bends, which adds alot of strength to the branch.
Just don't leave them on for to long, they can be difficult to remove. Changed my method of training from now on, super easy, can't wait to try them on some auto's.
This plant is super healthy, keeping it on the transition to flower feed schedule with a plain watering inbetween, seems to be working👍.
Here's a couple pics of my quick trip down east, took Hwy 11 all the way. Lots of cool old things along the way, here's a few bridges I had to go over.
Wish I would've had more time😑..
Smok'em if you got'em!!!!
Hey everybody, hope all is well👊👊..
It's been a fairly easy week, I took the plant benders off last week and tried to put them back on this week.
The spacing between the nodes on each branch made this impossible and the plant is tightening up so much that the stalk is unbendable, the stretch is almost over
and flowering has begun in full force. I switched to early flower on the feed chart from Emerald Harvest and the plant is Happy and Healthy, just loving life👍..
The lights are at about 80% and around 28 inches from the canopy, all good so far👌..
Thanks for stopping by!!
Easy week 👍, she got a major defoliation yesterday and you can hardly tell today, she took it a little harder than the King, but she bounced right back..
The Viparspectra XS 2000 is hanging about 2 feet above the canopy pushing 90% power and this plant is growing strong💪, 0 issues so far👍..
Thanks for stopping by..
See you in a week👊..
Hey everyone, how grows the battle?
Easy week, water and feed every second day, 2 Liters with or without food.
Not much else to say this week, the plant is happy and healthy, loving life under the XS2000...
Thanks for stopping by👊👊..
This plant is doing her own thing, the buds are getting bigger everyday and putting on a nice layer of frost😋.
Lights are at 90%, 24 inches away from the canopy and she's just enjoying life, 0 issues so far!!!
Approx. 4-5 weeks to go until harvest, can't wait to try this one👌..
Later!!
Grow Big!!
Hey everyone👊.
Doing some catching up, The plant is doing great, real healthy and a nice shade of green with a slight fade starting to occur.
I've switched the feed to the ripening stage of the feed chart, I'm thinking about 3-4 weeks left with the last week being just water.
The light is about 24 inches from the top of the plant at approx. 80%, I've been turning it down a little every other day and the plant is happy👌..
Thanks for stopping by, Hope all is well!!!
A couple of pics from the veggie tent, the peppers are going crazy!!!
Hope all is well!!
It's been a great week for the Citrus Skunk, the buds are getting huge with a slight skunk smell mixed with a very floral scent, smells AWESOME!!!
I been feeding mostly just water, but once a week I use to some Big Cannahuna finish and the plant is loving it. A few more weeks and it'll be time to harvest, Can't wait..
Remember my diary on the Troppicanna Glookies, well I ended up getting a few seeds from that plant and I planted one seed awhile ago and this is what happened.
Beautiful purple buds that is just about ready to harvest, One seed one female plant, gotta like that👌..
Have a great day!!!!
GROW BIG!!!!
Hey everybody, quick update and I'm heading back to camp😎..
In the last couple of weeks this plant has exploded with growth the buds are huge and very sssticky with a noticable lemony smell with a tinge of skunk coming through. Good thing for the carbon filter or I'm sure the nieghbours would smell this plant😀...
I switched the feed to Big Cannahuna Finish every second time that I water, I'm thinking one more week possibly two and she'll be done... That's it for now,
See you in a week....
Some pics from camp, it's so quiet out there,BEAUTIFUL!!!
WOW, that's all I gotta say, This plant is frosty and smelly( kind of a sour smell with some skunk in the back) with some monster cola's 😍..
I been feeding the finish solution from Big Cannahuna Nutes for the last week or so and I'll be harvesting either tonight or tomorrow, can't wait..
Thanks for stopping by👊..
I have no words😔, every bud on this plant was loaded with bud rot😡😡. 17 weeks of wasted time, but I did learn something😵..
Probably my fault, not enough air movement in the tent, ordered a couple more fans so this won't happen again!!!!
I'm taking a break, see you in a couple of weeks when I'm ready to start growing again.
Hope all is well and thanks for stopping by👊..
Later!!
@Tropicannibis_Todd,I'm in the same boat, still 2 feet of snow on top of my garden and it was snowing a bit this morning.
Temps are going up in the next couple weeks, should be able to get the Harleys out of the backyard soon😑, I'm hoping!!!
Next year I have to make them more accessible so I can get them out of storage as soon as the hwy's are clear.
Later!!
Smok'em if you got'em!!!!
@northernMike, sadly it's still to wet for me to even get into the garden as yet 👈 but I'm sure the good weather is coming and I can't wait to get out there and get it going , cheers mate , to our summer gardens 👍
@Tropicannibis_Todd, Hey Thanks👊, right back at you!
Most of the plants in the 10x5 will go in the garden or greenhouse
as soon as weather permits. Cherry tom, brandiwine tom, betterboy tom, cukes, sweet peas , beans, romaine lettuce
and a few peppers will be growing in the tent for the next couple months. Should have fresh stuff to eat in JUNE- JULY
instead of Sept.-Oct. Can't wait!!!
@Tropicannibis_Todd, Thanks, went for a good ride on Fri. Lots of fun and a little refreshing.
You could feel the temp drop about 5 degrees when we went past some frozen lakes close to the HWY.
Later!!
@JamMAKEcan, The soil should be good and rich, I put alot of compost in there
last fall and a few pots of soil from the last few grows in the basement.
Thanks again!!!!
Beautiful bikes mate.. Loving the sunburnt leather finishing😎👍.. Great signs of the summer coming when i hear the riders doin the circuit in my home town.. Tents looking nice and busy, girls looking very happy and healthy! .. Stay safe, keep free and best wishes for all your grows buddy.. 😁👍🍀
@Jef79, Thanks I'll check that out, might be good for the longer rides.
Ya, I've done quite a bit of work to the bike. I added two into one exhaust,
an air intake system and stage two (mid-range torque) it's like a rocket, small bike tons of POWER!!!😍..
I also did alot of cosmetics, added some brass, changed the bars, lowered the back end, raised the tank
and a few other little things. Still a bit more to do(always). My Wife's bike is pretty much stock except
for the add-on mufflers and a K.N. air filter, she changed the seat and added the bags and a few other cosmetics.
20+ degrees celcius today 😎, going for a long ride this afternoon, have to break-in my seat😂..
Have a Great Day!!
@northernMike,-🤣.. My pal just got some cycling gel shorts and wears them underneath his gear.. Great workmanship on her buddy.. You can see its well made and taken care of.. All is good my side thank you.. As always. Stay safe, ride free and best wishes for all your grows mate.. 😁👍🍀
@Jef79,Thanks👊.
I got the seat , bitch pad( I guess they call it a passenger pad these days 😑.) and saddle bag from Mother Road Customs, all handmade..
Just wish the seat had a bit more padding, it's a little hard on the a_ _ and by the time you get used to it summer's over.
Thanks again, Hope all is well!!!
@Tropicannibis_Todd,Thanks👊👊..
The water is high here too, Crazy, roads washed away, creeks that look like rivers 😵. I tried to go
to where I park my camper for the summer today, and it was under water,
the docks were gone, so I'll have to wait a bit yet..
Still a bit early to plant the garden, maybe a week to ten days and I can plant some stuff, I'm hoping.
Later!!
@Secretflower,Can't take all the credit, she's growing strong all by herself.
I'm going to flip to flower tonight and start some minor training.
Have a great day!!
@Cyrusdavirus, She's staying happy and healthy so far👍.
Just waiting for warmer weather and I can plant the garden.
I'm going to try and plant potatoes in 7 gal. fabric pots this year,
seen it online, you just cut a hole in the side of the pot and pull out your potatoes.
Were going to give it a try!!!
@northernMike, the tape stretches so I just leave it on, I've never had an issue. I do use the cheapest black tape I have sometimes it falls off after purposely wetting it a few times
@Cyrusdavirus, The plants are super happy at the moment, pretty much looking after themselves. I broke a branch, taped it up with electrical tape and it's like nothing happened at all. Now to try and get the tape off without braking it again😵..
I turned off Hwy 17(Trans Canada) north on to hwy 11 which then turns pretty much straight east through all these really old, small towns, lots of interesting history up there. After driving east for a long time the hwy turns south and brings you straight down to the Greater Toronto area, Way to BUSY for me😵, glad I'm back in the small town👍.
Later!!
@Tom_Jay, I missed posting last Sun., you should see it now. She put on a bit of weight in the last couple of weeks💪...
Will post again this coming Sun.
Later!!
@Tropicannibis_Todd, She's growing strong and starting to show a bit of frost, but not much smell yet😏
Can't wait for this one, I haven't smoked skunk weed in years, so it should be a real treat!!!
Have yourself a Great DAY!!!
Just looking beautiful. Full flowering will be a great sight 🙏😍
Those plant benders are definitely on my list. Looks so easy and really handy. Hope all is well man. Happy growing
@Clutch,Thanks Much👊👊..
The benders sure make things easy, next time I'll Veg. the plant a little longer, see if I can use them again
on the same branch to open up a few more bud sites.
Smok'em if you got'em!!!
@Mrs_Larimar, Lots of transport trucks, Hwy 11 it's like a secondary hwy until you get past North Bay heading south, then it turns into a divided hwy
with 2-3 lanes of traffic going one way or another. Way to busy for me, was so glad to get home😵..
Hope all is well!!
