Medical Mass appears to have developed enough to be chopped, even if the shoots are a little small.
I want to keep everything on schedule - so... I'm sorry MM, but you're gonna have to put in some extra effort!
There's no need to feed it right now, as the soil mix in the pot will have enough to keep it going for a while longer yet.
The plant will let me know when it needs more fodder.
I might water it with a bit of cal-mag and the Terra Aquatic Tri-nutrients mixed in...
MM is working well with the TS-600 (100w) bathing it for a little over 18hrs a day at the moment, but I think that it could do with more from the get-go, like Royal Highness probably needed. It could've done with being under the 150w from the start, I think.
After the chop, it will be transferred to the TS-1000, which is a slightly more powerful light (150w), to give it an extra boost.
This light will be the one used for flowering, but currently has a few autos I am trying out - the space is limited right now, but I think that it will fit in ok.
It was a bit of a shame to lose the top, but it's preferable to have it split a few times for a regular growth pattern.
The top will hopefully produce a nice clone for someone else to look after.
A good gift to give away..! :D
The fan leaves have been left on the new shoots, as they are a little small.
It has only taken a few hours to recover, though - it is already putting in new growth to the tips :)
Good job, MM!

MM is recovering well, but is still a bit small to remove those lower fan leaves - they are to be removed when the next split comes, next week.
The new spurs are big enough to be trained to be more flat, though - I have no idea how tall these guys get, so I'm choosing cautious and level-headed over stylish twists and flair.

I'm sorry MM, I was in a bit of a mood because of gnats and breaking the growth tip off of Highness... so I've gone pretty hard on you today.
I know you can take it, and I don't mind you being small... I just want you to forgive me.
