topped multiple times, and LST.this is a complete different plant than my first one so far. And is most likely a complete different plant than most.

This is my first beast of an auto so far. I tend to defoliate way to soon and to much. Could I get some help on what wks are best to defoliate and how much at a time. Everything is updated in diary.

That's a very good question that you will probably get a load off different answers. For me it depends on how bushy and how much air can flow through. I don't have set weeks. But if I see a big leaf blocking a load of leaves from getting light I will remove it. So long as you don't strip to many leaves away at one time you can get away with doing slight defol every few weeks. Hope this helps.

WK 8 and no actual flower sites yet. What's going on here?. Or is this normal and I've just not run into it yet?. My normal with Autos is alot earlier to see buds forming by now. Also was this in pre flower in WK 5 in my diary?.

I have literally had a similar situation to yours. After 12 weeks I ended up putting it under 12/12 and she started flowering. But I'll keep my lights at 12/12 for the remaining time as its most likely photoperiod.

I'm used to LST, however I really don't bend to many tops as Ive been growing now 6 months. Can I get some advice on bending tops, like what direction is best? How far to bend and how delicate? And when they recover upright bend again? Or wait?.

Hi mate, looking at your plant i don't think you will need to bend any as your LST looks like its made the canopy even. Bending the branches is similar to what you do with LST. You aim to bend them so they don't stop light hitting another part of the plant. Look at the plant from above, then think strategically, if you bend this one this way does it create more airflow through the plant and does it let light penetrate more of the plant. I usually if its stretching to much is bend then 90 deg away from the centre of the plant. To bend it I usually use 2 fingers and thumb. So I use to fingers to bend it over my thumb. After a few hours it usually is back up straight, so I do the same again. If its being stubborn and won't stay bent after a few days I kind of squash the branch at the bend to weaken it. Hope this helps.

Are the shoots growing upwards in preflower stretch? Or does that not come until after I go 12/12 and will stretch alot more?. Grown 5" taller since last update. Not treating as an auto anymore.

depends on context. "the stretch" or referred to as a specific event refers to after you flip to light schedule for bloom phase. Some equivalent exists for autoflowrs whenver an equivalent shift in production occurs. stretching occurs if an area of the plant is in low light... the internodes will lengthen to reach for light. i'm not a plant biologist, but i think 2 factors are at play as to why the plant "stretches" so much after flipping phases. First, rate of growth is an increasing rate (up to some limiting point). So, the fact it grows faster after flipping is kind of expected to some extent (no stretching needed). two, there's a much longer dark period, which may increase stretching of internodes even if light is 150% more intense over 12h vs 18h. So growth continues to increase and limbs stretch a bit longer. I think axillary growth may increase?
