Firstly thank to James at RQS for sending me these seeds to try 🙏 I haven't smoked AK47 for about 20 years but i remember it being a very happy high and good all round hitter, so im really looking forward to trying this version and hope that it lives up to my memory. Hey Growmies, Well ive put my Royal AK outside today, after a week of solid rain in the UK, todays been nice and Sunny and the forcast is looking ok. I was originally gonna start an outside grow at the beginning of june, but the week prior to this we had very Summery weather which was nice and warm. Its allways pot luck over here 🤣 Ive found some organic snail pelletts which state theyre ok for vegtables, so trailing them as young seedlings can be destroyed very quicly and also trailing the great white powder for roots, so we'll see how we go on both fronts. Hello My Friends, Well its been a pretty shitty week here in the UK and has rained nearly every day, my girls taken a battering and she has clawing of the leaves and slight yellowing from over watering. Despite this shes looking as well as she can and has grown a good amount, the weather report is looking up over the next week with sun so tgings should pick up. Happy Friday Growmies, Well this week has been mostly rain here but we have had a couple of days of really decent heat and sunshine, im just hoping the UK weather improves overall as last year lost allot of the harvest due to bud rot. It would seem that a snail or slug has managed to get past the organic pelletts and munched one of her leaves 😑 Overall thou shes looking healthy and is pumping out another few leaf sets 😊 Ive started some lst on her and currently using string as i seem to have missplaced my twisty ties, im using safety pins as anquors around the side of the pot. Happy weekend growmies, Well its been another mixed week of UK weather, half the week has been raining and the other half nice and sunny. Shes really charged on this week despite the rain and islookin lush and healthy, theres plenty of new leaf sets and shes doubled in size. Ive also managed to find my twisty ties 😊 My gals had her first feed today and il probably alternate weeks but we'll see how she does. Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Hello Friends, Weve had a cracking week of hot sunshine here in the uk this week, shes been lapping it up and growing away. Unfortunately a slug or snail managed to get past the organic pelletts and had a further go at some of the leaves, also there is a leaf miner in one of the lower 😑 Ive tied her down further and will comtinue work on her, shes a bit messy currently as this is my first lst outside, but enty of side shoots and im happy with her progress overall. Happy Weekend Growmies, Well weve had a lovely scorching week here in the UK this week, my AKs been growing away and ive tied her down further. The snails have still had another go but shes big enough to withstand attack, ive also defoliated slightly to expose bud sites as shes quite bushy. Shes also now started flowering and im just praying that this beautiful weather continues. Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Happy Friday Growmies, Well weve had another mixed week half heavy rain and half blazing sunshine, however dispite a mixed bag my AK is looking absolutely fantastic, shes really bushy and coming on nicely 😁 I still havent feed her but will give her a shot of flowering nutes soon, some more light defoliation as has been done mainly to improve airflow and ive also trained the lower branches a bit more. Happy Weekend Friends, Weve had some lovely nice sunshine in the UK this week and my AKs loving life 😊 I must say im impressed with these genetics as even when it was raining loads last week she took it like a champ. Ive not really sern the need to until now, but ive given her a feed this week as flowering continues just to make sure shes getting what she needs. Happ Weekend Growmies, Well its been another cracking week of sunshine here and my AK is looking fat and juicy. Shes loving life and im really impressed with the vigour of this strain from RQS. Bud development is coming on nicely, i only have one small concern in that that they look like theyre gonna be tight which maybe a problem later if the British weather turns on us. Happy Weekend Friends, We've had a bit of rain here this week, not much and tbh its been welcome considering the prolonged dry period/heat and some of the wildfires both here and on the continent. Although i dont want rain on my plants im happy in the knowledge it will give some relief to the ground and our farmers. My little AKs doing ok however all of a sudden the buds have started maturing allot faster and leaves yellowing. Its kinda hard to see what shes got in volume as the leaf ratio is really high on the buds and shes very dense, apart from that she seems to be chugging away ok and i cant wait to try her sweet candy 😊 Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Hey Peeps, Sorry this weeks update is a little late, but theres been allot on. The weathers cooled down this week in tge UK and weve had some days of rain, my only concern with this strain is that the bud structure is very tight which is perfect for trapping moisture. Shes still got a little way to go, so as long as we don't now have a major turn like last year she should be ok. Apart from tgat ive given her a bit of boost and a low dose of PK this week and i reckon shes got a couple of weeks left. Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Happy weekend friends, Well my AK is nearing the end of her cycle, apologies for the quality of the pics but i was baked and couldnt hold my phone still 🤣 Its hard to see from me pics but this girl is really dense with a very high calyx to leaf ratio and the bud seems to be a decent size. Well my Friends, Weve come to the end and i gave her the chop a couple of weeks ago, shes dry and now curing in a jar. When harvesting thete were a few tiny spots of budrot which i attribute to the shear density of the bud structure with high leaf ratio, not much was lost though and she yielded just under an Oz at 25 grams, for some reason GDs not giving me the opgion to enter dry weight. Im really happy with this strain from RQS and the smoke is pretty close to what i remember AK being like from when i last tried about 20 years ago. When smoking you get a nice uplifting high which makes you feel happy inside, energised sociable and slightly giggly 😊 i normally go for pure Indica but i would definately recommend people give this one ago and ive enjoyed growing her.
