This is exactly how cannabis seedlings are meant to grow! The small rounded "leaves" that are curved down are known as "cotyledons". Their only purpose is to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil. Once the growing tip breaks out of the soil, the cotyledons peel back to expose the first true leaves, the serrated ones, to the light and beging the journey of life. The next set of leaves always have a slight downward curve to them so that the growing tip has room for the new leaves to emerge. So, you really have nothing to worry about, your seedling is fine and doing everything it is supposed to be doing. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Damping off or too heavy for itself ? (was on low light during first week of germination phase, the body is very thin from start) Looks dead tho (the leaf are really green and pretty, what a waste..)

She is searching for a lightsource ( sun or lamps). Just put the pot closer to the window. Since she can only get a few hours of light a day, she stretches meaning you get a long weak sterm. What can you do?: - You can try to put a fan closeby so your sterm will get thicker. - Try to turn your pot 180 degrees everyday so it will grow up instead of going to the left or right like on the picture. - Carefully put it in the middle again and add more soil in your put so it gets some support from it. You don't want to add a stick to support your plant yet, it will get lazy and will not make a firm sterm. Good luck growing :)

Wind burn ?? Leaves are going down while looking healthy. The leaves on the top are growing normally. It goes down more and more. I dont understand if light is too close and she tries to flee it. Or she wants more light. Is it bothered by the fan ? is it dying ?

Improved version: Hey MasterPickle2, Try to run your fan just some a couple of hours a day, not 24/7 unless it has a wallow option on it and not just a direct one. The distance between fan and pot is fine. Like Organoman said; a lightsource from the side is not a benefit, just have one on top. What kind of light are you using? Are those LEDS? if so how much watt? Try to not having the light to close to the plant. I remember your diary and helping you with it. If im right you had your plant close to a window and used outside light/sun. If you switch from that to LED light you should'nt expose them to fast to LED with many hours of light, Just be easy with them and give it some more light everyday. Try not to have a 24/24 circle like Organoman said but max 18hours. Second, how much water did you gave her? Younglings need like 50-100ML water a day depending on how fast the soil dries up. Try not to water it close to the stem but a few centimeters away from it, the roots will try to search for water what results in many roots in your pot. Also don't water when the light are on or with the midday sunlight outside. Have fun growing.

Welcome back Masterpickle2, Well your plant looks fine to me, she is not growing fast because you are not putting her in a tent with HPS/HID/LED lights with all the other stuff you need to add to make a fast nice grow. Your plant grows like it is outside, maybe even less because its inside without UV. You can see the same slowgrow on my page even thought i put them outside whenever i can. I would advice her to put her outside when you have at least like 18-20 degrees temperature, she will love it. If you do, put her in a shadow place for the first hours before slowly moving her to a place where she can get exposed to sunlight, she is not used to this kind of climate so be carefull. After doing this for some days, you can easly put her inside for the night and outside in the sun in the morning + midday. Good luck farming.

Following the advices here really helped me so here I go again. Sorry for bothering you that much. Leaves started to curves again really hard. Did I watered too much ? Setup : led light / usb fan suspended above 19 hours of light.

Hey Masterpickle2, Don't put your lamp to close to the lamp like that, give it some more space between. She looks a little light green but i think you will be oke. Just make sure you don't give lots of nutrients since she is only a younglin that doesn't need much. Do you have a root stimulator? she likes to get a little bit of that as well. When are you planning to put her outside? or do you want to keep her like that or behind the window? Good luck growing :)

,,I checked my plant it had no roots..,, I hope you didn't dig her out or something...😦 Also no she is not dead you would know from the looks believe me. From the Pictures it just looks like you need to water her a bit tbh. ( just looks a bit ,,stressed,,) Biggest problem seems to be the lack of a decent light source.

Dead for good ? I did the mistake yesterday of digging her out to check (she was easy to dig out since she had no roots). I did another mistake, i cut the tip that had a a darker color (I tought maybe it was root rot) Now it is in this state. Is it time to give up ?

Idk where ppl hear autos don't like to be uppotted. If done right and not disturbing root structure uppotting makes for stronger roots. So the whole not transplanting autos is a myth. Autos don't like newbies messing with the root growth. Uppotting is perfectly fine. But taking a seedling and uprooting her is a no no. You should not mess with the root structure unless it's root bound. Transplanting should be seamless and your hands should only be touching the outside of the substrate and place it straight into a hole and fold the soil over it. As for this plant. Give it 2 more days, she might take hold again? How did you place her back into the substrate? Did you punch a pen down and place the roots down into the substrate or did you just place it back into a hole? If so, she's root bound and strangling herself.

Would of said the same thing my self but simpler in a language that’s not too scientific. Close the distance from the plant to light and it won’t stretch. Water the bucket first before dropping the seedling in than instead of doing any heavy waters after that keep the soil moist by throwing a humidity dome on it and misting it with a clean sprayer only used on plants. Make sure u only use distilled water for seedlings than only use dechlorinated water with no other chemicals. Also add air circulation and maybe some crafting wire crafted into a mini trellis for your seedling

@Jmaninthemidde420, Sadly i dont have that. And it doesnt sounds secure with my current setup.

@masterpickle2, a humidity dome is exactly what it sounds like. Put a play ice bag or plastic container over the pot where u planted the seedling and mist it 2 times a day

@Jmaninthemidde420, Thanks for all the advices, being on budget my options are very limited. I do spray every morning the plant. Recently added air circulation also. What is an humidity dome ?

@masterpickle2, It looks like a perfectly happy little seedling to me. You could add a humidity dome if you have one (I use regular see-thru drinking cups) since seedling like it humid. Not a huge deal if you don't have a dome. Watch out if the seedling gets tall and thing (leggy) as that is an indication that it wants more light. Don't worry too much. These plants will take a huge amount of abuse and still keep on trucking. It isn't called "weed" for nothing ;) You got this!
