Beautiful big buds despite being hammered hard by hail on Sep 7 about five weeks before harvest. This was the worst hit plant and the hail totally shredded the fan leaves on this plant. But she survived and the buds still matured nicely. Was grown in a smallish grow bag and was force flowered in mid-July to ensure it would finish in time. Without forcing this plant would not finish flowering in time this far North.

Robust plant did much better than I thought it would outdoors here. Overnight temperature can be pretty cool in the spring and some plants really can’t handle that, but this one was good. Was hit very hard by hail but went on to produce great big buds anyway.
Smoke review
Plant was able to finish outdoors because it was force flowered in mid-July. I was skeptical that it could finish in time but it did fine. Badly hit by hail but the buds survived and are really big and fat. Maybe not the ideal Ganja Farmer strain for me (that would be Gorilla Gelato) but I got a nice batch of lemony weed which is always satisfying. Very nice smoke.

@GYOweed, I tried an ATF last year. It almost worked, but it revegged a bit after force flowering and didn’t finish in time. I was doing some Delicious seeds Early Versions at the same time last year and they did better than the ATF. Autos are the easiest option and photoperiods are possible but more work and less certain.

@GYOweed, Edmonton 🇨🇦 which is the most northerly major city in Canada at 53N latitude in the middle of the continent. The RH reflects the overnight temperature drop, and it’s pretty common to have dew forming in the morning.
